I hate to say this but this was the most pathetic excuse for fast food. Ordered poutine, some fries were still frozen, staff person was too busy chewing something the whole time we were there and table clearly had not been washed from previous people eating. Only conversation was to stay or go? Horrible $15 spent. Will never ever go back there. Sorry

Got the original poutine and a kids chicken strip.Couple tables inside, lots of crumbs.Meal came in good time. No referral to the daily special or anything.Open the poutine....you savages. Sorry folks...don't call it a poutine without curds. Don't use the word classic. Shame. Strip were good but small. Hope the adult order of 3 uses bigger ones or its a lot of $ for fairly generic strip.Other choices available so I won't be back. Good luck to them in a competitive environment.

So my friend and I decided to try this place out for the first time. I was excited because I saw Philly cheese steak on the menu. It's not good at all, its small first of all, I don't know what type of cheese that is, but it does not taste like cheese, it's just nasty. I don't know what kind of "beef" that is, but it's not good. I'm so sorry I wasted my money. The fries were salty. I wish I could get my money back. I would definitely not recommend. WASTED MY MONEY.

Staff is nice, food is ok, nothing to rave about. My only concern was you can see the kitchen area from the customer lobby, and as my food was ready I watched the guy, who was also training somebody, grab my cooked sandwich bare handed to place in the box. I didn’t expect any less to be honest, it’s fast food, but health policies do state cooked food should not be touched bare handed.

We just tried Meltwitch for the first time and loved it! ❤️ Grilled cheese sandwiches are a big favorite of ours, especially on cold days. I had the Meltburger, and my wife had the classic grilled cheese, and both were excellent. The fast and friendly service was also great, and good prices! Highly recommended ?

We tried Meltwhich for the first time. No staff around to even say hello, waiting at the front to place an order. The lady who was assisting was so quiet it was as if she was whispering.The establishment was not busy. Us two and another couple awaiting for their already placed order. While waiting we sat at a table and decided we would dine in.Not once did we see any of the tables be cleaned off once the other table left. Our order was brought out to our table and the food was just okay. No one asked how everything was, which is fine as this is quite common in these types of establishments. The place was not overly big and at maximum could sit 20 people; not sure if comfortably though and tables would likely need to be shared with others you don’t know.Quite pricey for two people came out to $54.00 two poutines, 2 sandwiches and 2 pops.
Ordered a poutine and they gave me a tiny container for $8. Told them to give me the proper one and the worker was sorry we do not have it. I told them to give the proper amount as I received a tiny portion compared to normal and the worker said no. Will not recommend to any of my friends!

We had a very delicious Philly cheese sandwich in Vancouver we thought this one would be the same so we ordered from Uber eats omg the food came late the Uber driver was driving here and there with the food and when it came it was cold like cold looks like it was in the car seat without the food bag, we gave the tip too a good tip but anyways we ended up throwing ? the sandwich there’s was no cheese no mushroom ?Very bad experience

I ordered through uber eats at 11:30pm. Everything was going well. The order was placed, then the driver brought the food in a quick and well mannered time.When we unwrapped the burger, there was a long hair on it. The buns were burnt and the mac and cheese bites were cold.I tried contacting the store and these filipina ladies were just laughing around and not taking their job seriously.They would answer the phone, I would hear them talk, and they would quickly shut the phone back off. For $60 worth of 2 milkshakes and 2 burgers. Y’all need better customer service and food quality.

Both sandwiches had same amount of meat even though one was supposed to be double meat. Left name and phone number with staff and never received a call from manager.
