However, my rating is solely based on the business's strategic location, proper food price that caters to young folks in business in the two business towers downtown, besides a few other factors keeping in the mind that in fact all businesses at The Bow's small food court are represented with excellent catering business strategy from Tim Horton's to Sense Asian Restaurant to Mercatino and Patisserie du Soleil. Mercatino's food menu looks quite appetising. It certainly meets the minimum Canadian business standards. I already have high expectations for both taste as well as service quality..

A big fan of Mercatino Bow Tower. I have lost 10 pounds eating the proteins from the Hot Buffet and Greens/Veggies from the Salad Bar. They use Fratello coffee and it is delicious. Always friendly staff and service. The energy bites are delicious. Will continue to make this my go to spot for lunch.
