Wasn’t craving tacos but I saw a plate and had to stop here. I had a Chorizo, Shrimp and Saudero taco and definitely some of the best and most authentic I’ve had outside of Mexico. Stellar meal!
I’d give 10/5 if I could.
Only bad thing is I might be addicted to this place now!

Long overdue review. The tacos here make such an unforgettable impression that you can’t help but come back. The best part, The wonderful staff who remember you, your usual order, specification, even if it’s been a while since your last visit. He reminds me of my grandson as he wears eyeglasses and always smiles at everyone when he takes our orders. The best tacos I have had in Calgary!! The tacos aslre just as the street Mexican tacos at my home town.
I enjoyed everything about this place! Mestizo is a must visit if you are looking for yummy Mexican food.
