Best coffee shop ever! The staff are friendly and kind. The coffee is amazing and we feel like home when we visit as we frequently visited a Milano coffee on Vancouver island. We always bring our dog with us to sit on the patio outside and the staff are so sweet to her, thank you! We truly appreciate you.

I love Milano coffee, but every time I come here it smells like sewage. It’s honestly terrible, and so consistently smelly. Today was foul which prompted me to write this note. Something should be sorted cause it truly takes away from this great coffee shop. I love the drinks here and come about 2 times per week. But man… It stinks.

The coffee and food are pretty good, but not asking me before warming up food to go is a deal breaker. Usually I'm here in the morning grabbing lunch for later. I just want to take it and leave, but I'm standing there wondering why they haven't given it to me only to wait several minutes to be handed a hot sandwich that's now going to sit in my bag at an unsafe temperature until I get to work and be all gross and congealed by the time I get to eat it. Half the time it gets thrown away. I'm not coming here anymore because it's too expensive to have to be eaten in a sub optimal state or just wasted because it's too nasty by lunch. Just ASK before you do this, please. And if I say I didn't want that, can you not argue?Yes I sound like a huge Karen, but I've mentioned this in person multiple times and it's frustrating. Just ask people what they want.

Best coffee in Calgary and the sweetest baristas! Their white chocolate oat milk raspberry iced mocha is everything.
A nice little coffee house in the heart of Calgary's Beltline. Quality products, friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make it a good stop for an enjoyable break. Weather permitting there is a nice patio out front. Has a latte and a grilled sandwich on a bun. Both were well made. The sandwich was pre-made but was not dried out or stale. It was very tasty.
