Poor service. Had to ask for our order to be taken after waiting half an hour. Also had to ask for cutlery. We were not asked how the food was. Items weren't cleaned off our table. And it wasnt overly busy. This paired with the food being lukewarm - we won't be back. It's a shame cause the Bellinis are great. Hosts at the front were friendly!

We three good friends enjoyed a wonderful lunch together at Milestones Southcentre. We only wished that the volume of the music could have been lowered to make it easier to hear each other. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thank you so much.

We all felt sick after. Food wasn't good. Seemed like it sat under a heat lamp for a while. Overall no one enjoyed their meals and half of us were sick the same night.

Took 40 minutes to get our appetizer and another 50 minutes to get our meal, very disappointing 😞 would never go back, what a way to reck date night with my beautiful wife, then the manager came over to our table to apologize and said they cooked the wrong steak on our order, he did give us free dessert but for $160.00 would have been better off going to the Keg, Milestones lost me as a customer

We were enjoying a burger. But it was cold and so were the fries. We ate in the dining room which was romantic. But then they pipped in the hockey game which was playing way in the lounge and turned off the music we were enjoying. Why pipe in the hockey game. The only TVs are way in the lounge. That's why we sat where the music was. Too bad I send my dinner beck to get heated

Milestones at SouthCentre is a great spot to meet for brunch, lunch, dinner a drink and appetizers in the lounge. Renovations have given it a refresh, and it looks great!

We went on a Wednesday and ordered off the Date Night menu. Our reservation was for 5:00 and we didn't have our appetizers until 6:00. Main came at around 6:30 and we ended up just asking for the dessert to go. The food was very good, but the service was lacking and I think the kitchen understaffed. Made for a bad night... we purposely went very early on a weekday to try to be in and out.

For every special occasion, we go to Milestones South Center Calgary...so about 8 times a year. Food is always great...service this time was EXTRA terrific.....reservation made and kept.....but it is just getting so expensive for Seniors to keep coming......two seniors...$140 + 18% tip....portions are good so we get 2 extra meals for supper next day...and yes. 3 happy hour drinks and 2 non happy hour drinks after 6pm adds up quickly to the overall bill.....I really don't think Milestones are being nasty to us...their costs have risen as well ... we have been regular Patrons for a couple of decades now.....20 years times 8 evenings = 160 visits for two of us and sometimes as many as 8 of us per Visit .....so I guess this is just a sign of the times...dining out is just getting very expensive, especially folks who are now on fixed pension incomes, so we will have to cut it back to maybe just 4 visits a year instead of 8 type of thing....Otherwise for those 20 something years, we have ALWAYS been VERY well treated by Staff, Chef, and overall Quality....Portobello Mushroom Chicken is the BEST !!!!!
We were in a booth and there wasn't a lot of lighting so it was difficult for some of the party to read the menu without using the flashlights on their phone. We saw other tables doing the same thing.

Terrible experience. Came for dinner with my family. We were seated at a high table and we have a 2 year old. We were given a high chair that was too low and after trying to figure out other options for ourselves, we left. Absolute indifference and rudeness from the hostess (Faith) and the rest of the serving staff.

We come to this location almost weekly and always have great food/service. Yesterday, while dining for an early dinner, my 6 year old daughter had an unexpected seizure. The staff were so attentive/helpful and made a stressful situation feel a little less heavy for me. 5/5 recommend this place for everything a restaurant can offer
