Spinach & Artichoke Dip was excellent. Also great tortilla chips. Korean Fried Chicken sandwich was too big, hard to hold, difficult to eat but tasted good. Very good Fries. Disappointing Steak sandwich. Needs better meat. Caesar salad was ordinary. White chocolate cheese cake and lime pie for dessert. Both were excellent. Drinks - good beer on tap. Paper Plane cocktail - first one was good; second was not so much. Very loud and service a bit slow but they were busy.

Our waiter was excellent & the calamari is one of my favourites!! The rest of the food was good & everyone was happy with their meal! Definitely come back again!

We sat on the indoor patio. Very sunny and airy. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly! Corinna (our server) was very attentive to our needs. Food was delicious and value priced! The music volume was a tad high, but not blaring, so it was a little difficult to converse. Maybe consider a slightly lower volume. I would totally recommend this restaurant!

The food and vibe were great. Sienna was fabulous and kind. She made great recommendations, was very intuitive with her service and overall took exceptional care of us. She also very elegantly managed our tipsy-ness. Huge thank you to Sienna and team for a fabulous evening! We always enjoy visiting Milestones Southcentre.

Since Milestone South Centre's recent renovation we have noticed the noise level in the restaurant has really increased. The restaurant was busy today and the noise level was unbearable. There is nothing to muffle the sound. We finished our meal and got out of there as fast as possible. It was so noisy it was unpleasant.

Went for a special dinner with my family. Foods were good and our server was very friendly. Our second time to book at Milestone SouthCentre, would come back again for sure.

The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The menu had a very good selection of dinners and even the pickiest of eaters could find something that they liked. Our servers were very friendly and catered to our needs. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

The spinach dip was absolutely amazing and so was my salad and Bellini. Except for not having the cheesecake we wanted and removing it from the menu entirely with it still being listed, it was an awesome date night. We even made it for happy hour so the prices were even lower than expected.

We got to the restaurant a little after 2 and were told we couldn't order off the lunch menu. There was nothing affordable on the regular menu other than a bowl of their mushroom soup for 10$. I order this. It was mediocre at best. I asked for crackers and was told they didn't think they had any but would try to find some. It was never mentioned again. No crackers. The heat in the restaurant was broken! On a day when it was minus 18 C outside! What?? They could have comped everyone a hot beverage to make up for having to dine with your coat and hat on. But alas no free drink. My friend and I won't be back.

This was an absolutely dreadful dining experience.
Between absolutely freezing, the server was painfully slow and clearly not experienced enough to handle the lunch crowd. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, that was just the beginning.
If it was just my husband and I we would have just left, unfortunately it was a birthday lunch my mother in law. I can’t see myself going back.

Service was super great and our waiters were extremely kind. However, it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant and there was no heat, all of our feet were frozen. Apparently the heaters aren't working according to staff but it seems this has been an ongoing problem as Ive had friends experience the same thing weeks ago

Thanks for making my family wait 40 minutes for Christmas breakfast then randomly canceling our order. Giving me no choice but to wait 5 business days for my money back and leaving us with no breakfast and 7 dollars in my account!! 40 mins we waited, and now we don't get to eat Christmas breakfast!

The three of us went for an early New Years dinner. Big mistake. We were seated in a cold, drafty area. The service was bad. The waiter was friendly but rushed. It took far too long to get drinks or food. The waiter never asked if the food was good. I made the mistake of ordering a Surf and Turf. Burnt piece of meat and soggy small shrimp, scallops, and lobster pieces from a can. It had been sitting under a heat lamp. I am writing this the next morning after having a glass of Eno.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and was excited to check it out since the renovations, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The deck we were sitting in had no heat and the roof was leaking water. Half of our food was cold, and when we asked for another table upon arrival, we were told it was too busy to move us. However, another table beside us was moved shortly after they asked. When we explained why we wanted to move (to avoid getting wet), we were treated like it was unreasonable to ask for a dry, comfortable spot.

The deck area was freezing. I had to keep my jacket on the entire time, and my feet were still frozen. Instead of closing the leaking deck, they kept shifting tables around, forcing everyone to sit in the cold while getting wet from the leaks.

Our server mentioned the heat had just stopped working a day or two ago and was supposed to be fixed, but after reading reviews from weeks ago, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue. Other people also complained about eating in the cold with their jackets on and their food getting cold quickly.

It’s unacceptable to let guests sit in such miserable conditions without addressing the issues or apologizing. They should not be opening the deck if they know it’s been like this for weeks and weeks. We won’t be coming back. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after years of enjoying this place.
