For every special occasion, we go to Milestones South Center Calgary...so about 8 times a year. Food is always great...service this time was EXTRA terrific.....reservation made and kept.....but it is just getting so expensive for Seniors to keep coming......two seniors...$140 + 18% tip....portions are good so we get 2 extra meals for supper next day...and yes. 3 happy hour drinks and 2 non happy hour drinks after 6pm adds up quickly to the overall bill.....I really don't think Milestones are being nasty to us...their costs have risen as well ... we have been regular Patrons for a couple of decades now.....20 years times 8 evenings = 160 visits for two of us and sometimes as many as 8 of us per Visit .....so I guess this is just a sign of the times...dining out is just getting very expensive, especially folks who are now on fixed pension incomes, so we will have to cut it back to maybe just 4 visits a year instead of 8 type of thing....Otherwise for those 20 something years, we have ALWAYS been VERY well treated by Staff, Chef, and overall Quality....Portobello Mushroom Chicken is the BEST !!!!!

We were in a booth and there wasn't a lot of lighting so it was difficult for some of the party to read the menu without using the flashlights on their phone. We saw other tables doing the same thing.

Terrible experience. Came for dinner with my family. We were seated at a high table and we have a 2 year old. We were given a high chair that was too low and after trying to figure out other options for ourselves, we left. Absolute indifference and rudeness from the hostess (Faith) and the rest of the serving staff.

We come to this location almost weekly and always have great food/service. Yesterday, while dining for an early dinner, my 6 year old daughter had an unexpected seizure. The staff were so attentive/helpful and made a stressful situation feel a little less heavy for me. 5/5 recommend this place for everything a restaurant can offer

The coconut Calamari and OMG Carrot cake were the highlights of the meal! So amazing. Otherwise, not as impressed with the other items as usual. Prices are also high, but I feel like I am saying that about the everywhere. Service seemed lacking a bit. Had to ask for the drink 3 times before we got it.

Terrible here the evening of September 19, 2025. Firstly the place is freezing, but the next part is that the servers do nothing other than visit at the bar. We have been here now for 49 minutes and we still don't have our food, nor have our drinks been refreshed. What was supposed to be a night to celebrate my wife's birthday quickly turned into a very terrible experience. Sad we drove all the way from Red Deer to have the servers visit and take selfies with each other rather than do their job! Where is the manager? Maybe these early twenties young ladies need some serious supervision?.
There is literally no one here so why does the service suck so bad?
Update some random man just walks out a mystery door after you could hear him laughing endlessly and finally 55 minutes later he decides to return to work from and bring us our food. Pretty sad Milestones!
My recommendation go elsewhere.

Wish I could’ve tried it all! Friends frequent regularly. Even the basic salad was exceptional. Servers were top notch and the interior was decorated beautifully.
Went to milestones on Friday sept 5th for dinner and saw a total of 3 mice at one time on the patio scurrying around. Told the waitress and she assured me she’d talk to the manager (nothing was comped). Then went there again a week later and saw a mice scurrying across the floor inside. Clearly the issue had not been dealt with and was not taken seriously. The food was good but I do not recommend this restaurant until they fix their mouse problem.

Both the taste and amount of food was truly a "10" and frankly only surpassed by the best serving experience we enjoyed. That young Lady was attentive, knowledgeable & simply good at it. Usually one experience such service in a 5 star hotel dining room.

We were a party of 4 celebrating a Birthday and Anniversary. Service was very slow. No one came to our table for quite a while after arriving. Had to ask for cutlery. 2 guests said the food was very good, 2 said it was good but not exceptional. The room was too cold and had to ask several time for the AC to be turned off. (it is Fall and cool outside so is not needed for the guests) We did get 2 free deserts due to the service which was nice.

Our Australian waitress was a delight. She was so attentive and professional with our group. We had two young boys and she realized without prompting that speed of service was important. She is a credit to Milestones. This was Saturday Sept 13th in the evening. We were on the indoor patio.
