I was disappointed in my steak sandwich, meat was very tough. I had ordered last time I was there and it was wonderful.

The chips that came with the spinach dip were extremely salty, and not in a good way. The Korean spare ribs that came with my meal were cold like they'd never been warmed. The rest of the food was good, though. As for atmosphere, if you're going to have a large screen TV playing the ball game, charge sports bar prices. Great service though. Our server kept our pops refilled and repeatedly made sure everything was OK.

Server was very eager and came to our table lots to check in. Food has definitely been better. I have had the steak sandwiches many times from milestones and love it. Steak was kinda warm but some pieces were cold on both sandwiches, mushrooms tasted very strong (maybe not cooked long enough or old) Drinks were good, food was fast but would have been happy to wait longer for better quality

Our server, Tessa, was exceptional! Very attentive, polite and thoughtful. The staff at Milestones Market Mall are always pleasant and helpful. The food is usually vey good and this meal was no exception. I highly recommend!

We waited about an hour at 2 in the afternoon for 2 plates. Our server Maxine did not update us ONCE, did not check on us. The table right next to us she checked in on 3 or 4 times. I flagged her down to ask to just pack our food up since we had an appointment to make, and had to wait 10 extra minutes after that before the food came out. Maxine sent the hostess to deal with us too after, she just disappeared after I waved her down. I think she just left us since she knew she wasn’t gonna get a tip.

Everything was great. I mark value poorly since I find restaurents exceptionally expensive in North America. The main course meals are about the same as elsewhere in the world however appetizers, deserts and beverages are exorbitant priced. Alcohol is simply insane. And there is tipping, another insane norm. Europe has a service charge which normally is about 15% of food cost. Higher end places have a fixed service charge up 25-30% of food cost. Ie: no tipping, especially on exorbitant priced liquor... I believe this tipping norm is unsustainable in North America. Add a $5-$10 Serrvice Charge per person which serves as the tip.. it would probably work out better in the long run.. Sorry that I'm citing all this on the Milestones survey. This is NOT about Milestones, it's about North Ameruca... Thanks..
The red of us went for dinner. We had appetizers and an entree. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. We made a reservation prior to dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was very good. We will definitely come back. This is a second time for this chain at two different locations.

Lovely server. The wings (bourbon) were rubbery and had no flavour, but the server was kind, removed it from our bill and gave a free dessert. Manager followed up.....the table next to us also had an issue with food, so maybe just an off night. We were celebrating our 96 year old mother's birthday and this did not detract.
