Our experience at Milestones was nothing out of the ordinary. It was fine .. until a huge light from the construction site right beside the restaurant came on, so that we were quite literally in the (very bright) spotlight. This is not the fault of the restaurant, although had there been blinds on the window
Food was great, service was pleasant but extremely slow. We were in a lunch break and had to get back to the office. Unfortunately, the lunch took way too long.
I waited almost an hour for my food, i was there a total of 90 mins, when this was suppose to be a quick lunch in my work day. The problems were endless, from entering the door to leaving. The biggest problem was the long wait, tracking staff down and asking for an update. But, there were several issues here. Very disappointed, this is not usually the case when I eat here.
We had a good experience.

Food and service top notch. We were seated at a table for two against the outside window. There was hardly enough room to change your mind. Very uncomfortable. To add to this, the street area outside the window was under construction, so much for ambiance. We are not likely to return for a long time.
Spinach and artichoke dip is an excellent choice for sharing. And you can never go wrong with a bellini or two. Going before 6pm to take advantage of happy hour prices is a nice perk.
I had dinner in the lounge on Saturday during rush hour and Rishita was an amazing server. She helped me and my wife out with our allergies and recommended us dishes too. Will definitely be coming back again.

We went here for my forst ever visit to a Milestones after visiting the Calgary tower. Very welcoming and comfortable. We were seated and offered drinks by our server Belle who was a super server. She got our drinks and asked about our food order. I asked if the chicken mushroom had onions in it and why, she was uncertain and said she will check. She double checked about cross contamination. She dod not give us the look of this might be lies or anything like some places do.
She came back with good news and I ordered our food. The food was tasty and delicious. Beautiful presentation and a full plate which filled me nicely. My only downside, which is in no reflection on the restaurant, the seats we were in then brightly lit up by flood lights from construction. They moved us to other seats with complete understanding. Thank you Belle.
We shared the chocolate cake for desert over more Belimie, the orange drink you dmsee on the advert.
Over all I was impressed with everything and the staff were all fantastic. It made a meal memorable along with the food. Thank you all.

I had a very lovely dinner with my amazing boyfriend. Our server was wonderful and super speedy quick on getting us food.
Mediocre experience before and same now. At least it is consistent.
Door was difficult to open took me 30 seconds trying to figure out if it was locked or not. The hostess just stood there…
Server did not bring me my menu until asked.
Never checked in on our food. Literally non existent. Didn’t even ask for drink orders.
Our steak was ok. Sirloin was tough even though I ordered blue.
Dessert was overly sweet. Cheese cake and chocolate cookie. Couldn’t even finish them.

Our erver got one order wrong, but even though they were willing to correct the problem, we didn't have time to wait for a new dish.
We wandered into Milestones at The Marriott in Calgary after a very disappointing meal at the Hawthorn, Fairmont Palliser. Being Canadian Thanksgiving, we were not expecting much. WOW - we were blown away by the outstanding service offered by the GM (Cody) and wait staff (Brooke). Both Cody and Brooke went the extra mile to make a huge difference to our first Thanksgiving in Canada. We cannot speak more highly of the service and food quality. Thanks so much to Cody and Brooke and the kitchen staff on duty. 5 stars!!!

Crossiron location My dish was sour, I complained to the waitress who just apologized and they charged me for both dishes (mine and my husband's which were the same).
Total disrespect towards the customer, no one came to the table to apologiz

Food was pretty good however it was my daughter‘s birthday as mentioned when I reserved. Usually, they do a little something however, they didn't wish her a happy birthday( sweet 16) nor did they give her like a bowl of ice cream or something which was a little disappointing from the years past when we've gone there. Overall service was good. Food was ok.
Consistently an enjoyable dining experience! Food is always perfectly prepared and staff are as friendly and welcoming as if each one of us are longtime regulars. I recommend the cajun chicken caesar salad and sweet chilli chicken which we usually have. But this time we tried butter chicken and portobello mushroom chicken, all equally delicious. Milestones on Stephen Ave is without a doubt our #1 go to restaurant downtown.
