Came here last night with my husband for their Wednesday date night special. Actually came in specifically for that. When we go out to a nice sit down restaurant we like to take our time to enjoy. With the date night special being a 3 course meal it’s a great idea. However our mains landed before we were done our appetizer and our server dropped the bill when we were eating our dessert with 3/4 full drinks without even asking us if we wanted anything else or if we were ready for the bill. She showed up with the bill and machine and asked if we were paying by card. My husband & I were looking at each other like what is even going on right now. We were just at Home Depot in Tuscany shopping for flooring at 6:50pm and less than an hour later we’re being served our bill at Milestone’s in Royal Oak. When I checked the time it wasn’t even 8pm and this place was supposed to be open until 10. Food was great, server was friendly but being rushed a 3 course meal in less than an hour and being brought our bill so abruptly and being forced to pay without asking us while we are eating is a complete turn off. We were definitely looking forward to a night out but this was not it. Again date night, great promotion, poorly executed. If we wanted fast food we would hit the McDonald’s drive thru. Will think twice before coming back again for it.

Brought my family to enjoy a nice dinner. My two boys each had the 1989 burger meal and my husband ordered the chicken parm. They where happy with what they had ordered but my order came to the table last. I had ordered the date night special of a 6oz steak and lobster tail(surf &turf). I was extremely underwhelmed. For the $78.00 my meal was I was expecting well..... more. 4 green beans, 2 mini carrots, some purple onion, a hardy scoop of mash potatoes, a steak and a half a tail of lobster. The steak was good but the lobster tail was a bite if that. I was expecting a full tail for the price. The keg gives you more for less $$. Next time I will be taking my family elsewhere.

We were there last night and it was pretty packed, welcoming crew/ hostesses were amazing super friendly & we got seated quickly. Our sever was a bit in a rush which was understandable with what was going on. Appies were amazing and we were excited to get our mains, sadly they weren’t satisfying, my burger was really dry and I did not like the parm fries which I’ve tried just two and told our server. (just about the fries I ate the burger and did not mention it as burger preference are different and I just like mine juicer less overcooked and dry!) but I did mention the fries and still had to pay for it I know it’s just 3 bucks… still they were untouched except those two, my hubby had the two pice half rack and shrimps he liked it except his side dish- which he did not mention as it’s again here preference on how you like your potato salad - as he’s german he was excited for a german potato salad which will be rare to find in canada 😂😂 over all we’ve spent over 200 cad including tip and just based on the food experience it was not worth it.

The food was very good here, there is a huge variety of options on the menue we stopped by for a late lunch and I was able to order the steak and eggs. It was very good! The restaurant wasn't to busy which was perfect. Would definitely like to try the brunch here on the weekend. The wife had the chilli chicken and it was fantastic.

Milestones is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for consistently great food with real flavour. The menu is extensive and well thought out, which makes it easy for everyone to find something they love—even the pickiest eaters. Every dish we tried was fresh, balanced, and satisfying, and the quality felt reliable from start to finish. The service was excellent as well—friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be returning.
They charged extra for my soup choice without first telling me that that selection costs extra. I found out when I got the bill. When I was told the soup choices, nothing was said that any of them costs extra. Also, service was so slow, it took 2 hours for lunch on a slow, non-busy Monday. Another table that arrived after us was served before us. When I called the manager the next day to give him feedback of these deficiencies, he made no restitution for their misgivings. Because of this experience, I will not come to Milestones ever again.

I really enjoy; and regularly visit the Milestone's in Royal Oak. One of the reasons I enjoy it so much is because of the manager Christian, I always look forward to chatting with him. I recently learned he's been transferred to another Milestone's, even though the restaurant is down a manager. This is extremely disappointing as Christian's presence, personality, and customer service are what sets this restaurant apart from the others in the area and is primarily one of the reasons I come so often with friends and family. My rating is 100% based on how great Christian is.

Ended up with food poisoning after eating here, as did my two work colleagues. The only thing we ate in common was chicken from this restaurant. Submitted a foodborne illness report to them, which they did not even acknowledge. Hard to want to go back after days of gastrointestinal illness and the lack of any response or indication from the restaurant that they have any kind of concern for our well-being. Perhaps a call to the health inspector is in order? Been a week now, and still getting over the effects.
