My husband and I have been going to Milk since before they opened their official location, so you could say we're pretty big fans. The flavours combinations never fail to disappoint (the taro salted duck egg flavour from October was legit, and any tea ice creams are always a favourite). As another reviewer said, the ice cream is not overly sweet. Other ice cream places generally have a pretty big difference (in flavour and texture, if not in quality altogether) between their sorbets/plant-based ice creams compared to the dairy ones. Here? Not the case. I'm not lactose intolerant, and yet I get the plant-based ice creams without thinking about it. In my experience, they've never been icy or less than their dairy counterparts - ditto for the sorbets I've had.
Even if you didn't grow up with Asian flavours, you will be nothing less than thoroughly spoiled by how daring and consistently well-executed their menu is.

My favorite ice cream in Calgary, it's not even close to me but I drive there regularly. They have an awesome staple menu (the Salted Skor is heavenly and the Ube another fave) as well as seasonal rotating flavors which keeps things interesting!

The place had great vibes, and the White Bunny and Super Nerds tasted amazing! The White Bunny wasn’t too sweet and was creamy, the Super Nerds wasn’t what I expected in a good way; it was like a popsicle in ice cream form, sweet and delicious. The cashier was so nice and thoughtful! Very great place. Music, decor, definitely my vibe. The ice cream honestly hit close to home.
