I'd recommend you try Minh Chau restaurant and experience their very tasty food and exceptional service. I'll be eating there again.

I live in Inglewood and come here at least once a month and it’s consistently great. A lovely little family run spot in the heart of the neighbourhood that constantly surprises me. Nothing flashy, just simple and delicious eats that hit the spot without hurting the wallet. The food is authentic, flavourful, and quick. I’m surprised I don’t see this place on more foodie lists out there. Try any one of the many other unique menu items here besides the pho and you won’t be disappointed.

The man who takes our orders and serves us is always a delight. I’ve tried their special beefsteak fried rice and different variations of their Pho. This is a GOOD spot for Pho. Definitely up there. And they always provide me with extra chili on the side !

Really great! Place was a little empty when I visited, but it was a bit surprising because the food was genuinely great! Portions were generous and the staff were very kind and friendly. Fantastic little gem hidden in the street.

I like the quality of food here although it sits at a higher price point compared to other places in the city… probably due to the business location.
The service, although friendly, needs some improvement. It has taken 30-40 minutes to receive a bubble tea and some spring rolls for take out while there is less than 10 seats full inside the restaurant.
If you’re visiting, arm yourself with patience!

Pho Minh Chau in Calgary is an okay spot for Vietnamese food. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I had expected—the flavors were a bit off, and it didn’t have the depth I was hoping for. On the other hand, my son ordered a bowl of pho, and it was much better—flavorful, satisfying, and closer to the classic taste you hope for at a Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant itself is clean and casual, with friendly service, making it a decent choice if you’re in the area. While my dish was a bit disappointing, the pho shows that they can deliver some solid Vietnamese flavors, so it’s worth trying if you enjoy noodle soups.
