Pho Minh Chau in Calgary is an okay spot for Vietnamese food. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I had expected—the flavors were a bit off, and it didn’t have the depth I was hoping for. On the other hand, my son ordered a bowl of pho, and it was much better—flavorful, satisfying, and closer to the classic taste you hope for at a Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant itself is clean and casual, with friendly service, making it a decent choice...
One of my new favourite spots! The staff are so sweet and the food is delicious. It’s all freshly made and didn’t take that long! We got the deep fried wontons which I’m obsessed with and a combo 3 with some strawberry bubble tea. Before we left the staff even topped off the bubble tea with some extra that was leftover! :)

The food here is absolutely incredible everything is packed with flavor, and the meats are perfectly juicy and tender. The people are so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can truly taste the care and passion in every dish. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re seriously missing out!
