Friday night . This place is dead. Haven't been here for a few years. This place used to be very popular. Not sure if isn't popular due to new owners? My daughter showed me this place almost 2 decades ago . It was always packed especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We used to go here with large groups and book one or two of the rooms in the back. Food then was great service was great . Maybe it's run its course.

I'm sure this place gets lit at night. The atmosphere is nice and really cool decorations all around. Having been in Japan once, this place really took me back to Tokyo Izakayas. There's also plenty of parking in front of the place which is really nice. The staff was good and helpful. The food was excellent, with fresh salmon and their sushi is really good. Recommend visiting them!

I recently dined at Misai Japa and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The service was outstanding—staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
The atmosphere was another highlight—inviting, warm, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service we received.

Food was great and service was attentive. Sushi deluxe was a bit expensive to the amount and quality received. Cooked items (Grilled mackerel, tempura and chicken teriyaki) were excellent. One note is the teriyaki chicken is not typical japanese flavour, I find this item to be more of a fusion flavour but still tasty.
Will go back in the future to try lunch menu

Attentive service. Freshest ingredients. Generous sushi portions without gauging your wallet. Sabu sabu is a wonderful experience. Will always recommend to visiting family and friends.
We were tired and hungry and stumbled into this little place which turned out to be really good. We ordered sushi and ramen and both were great. The servers were really nice and friendly as well. Will definitely go back next time we're in town.

Ordered takeout - a party platter, a red tuna roll, and a special scallop roll. Pretty good takeout sushi. The rolls were neat and uniform. The nigiri platter was delicious - the surf clam, red tuna, and octopus were our favorites. The octopus was not stringy or tough which was a pleasant surprise. Good fish to rice ratio. Everything came bundled neatly and came with the usual ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce packets.
