We held a bbq recently and there were a number of gluten free folks attending. We ordered hamburger buns and cupcakes to accommodate them. What a win!! The buns were light and airy. Not a crumb in site. And the cupcakes looked almost too good to eat. But eat them we did and they tasted even better than they looked. Rave reviews. We will be back.
This past weekend I picked up a plethora of treats. Sausage rolls, pizza pockets, cupcakes and cookies. Their ingredients are simple and so tasty.
