Great small coffee shop open early for espresso drinks and pastries. Didn’t try the pastries but they’re fresh and look tasty. They have plenty of seating and outlets if you’re looking to use the laptop or charge a device inside with additional seating outside as well.

12oz americano with 20g of beans came out not hot and tasted like watered down drip coffee. I watched them pull the shot, it was full, maybe machine wasnt warmed up. To mak a fair comparison I ordered a 12oz americano at Holy Cross Pharmacy the next day and it came out steaming hot and rich in flavour.

I love Monogram and have been buying coffee from them for a few years now, but recently the consistency has really dropped. Some baristas are still fantastic, but others regularly get my order wrong and/or just aren't as good.

First time here today. The Asian male working there greeted me with "What do you want?" I sat at the cleanest dirty table available and the same person spilled my coffee on the table as they sat it down. They seemed annoyed when I asked them for a stir stick. The place is quite cramped and uncomfortable. The coffee was just ok.

Friendly staff and a nice environment to hang out in while I had half an hour to kill. I just found the coffee to be not very good. I'm open to coming back and trying a mocha or something but the drip brew tasted extremely bitter, to me.
My to-go cafe for my mocha. Excellent service. However, sometimes with staff changes the taste of the mocha changes. I believe there should be some standard to keep the taste whoever is preparing it. But overall nice cafe!
