There was honestly very little to like about this coffee place. We ordered drip coffee, which was overly acidic, served in a small cup with no refill. The almond croissant was very dry, and the cream filling was unpleasant. We also tried the breakfast sandwich—which I wish I had taken a photo of—because it was shockingly small and overpriced. Paying $11 for what was essentially half a piece of toast felt unreasonable. We also ordered a mocha.

Everything came out to about $30, and for the quality and portion sizes, it simply wasn’t worth it. Would I go again? Absolutely not. I couldn’t justify either the taste or the price.

I also wish the tip option came after the experience, not before. It’s hard to justify tipping in advance when the quality doesn’t meet expectations.

I am a serious coffee snob - from Stockflest's Tinghus (the original) to cario to cape town - I rate this coffee - note I don't drink milky drinks so I speak only for espresso or americano black. Also note this is sadly not my local but I have been to this location more than once: I will detour for a visit. Counter staff friendly. Haven't eaten here.

Don’t miss their Almond croissant. If you didn’t like it reply here so I’ll pay for it.

Perfect place to stop for a cuppa coffee when you need one. If you’re in the area and looking for a coffee, this would be a good place to stop. Nice sitting area and friendly staff.

Pleasant atmosphere though very busy. $10 for a matcha latte - may have been the most expensive matcha latte I’ve bought - and it was served lukewarm. I asked for it to be reheated, which staff said they couldn’t do, but they courteously remade it. Their 16 oz drinks are served in awkwardly wide, short cups.

I’m honestly shocked by what I received today. I ordered a smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel to go, expecting a regular full bagel portion like anywhere else. When I opened the box at home, it was literally half a bagel with a very small amount of salmon.

Yes, there were a few capers and a couple micro-sprigs of dill on top, but the portion was still extremely small for the price. It was also not toasted, which made it even more disappointing for an $11.50 item.

If this is meant to be a “half bagel” portion, it really needs to be clearly advertised as such. The price simply doesn’t match what you’re getting, and I felt misled and disappointed.

I hope the menu description or portion size gets clarified so customers know what they’re paying for.

I love monogram and think their coffee is amazing! However I ordered a smoked salmon bagel to go, took it to my car opened the box and saw only half a bagel? You’d think for $11.50 I would at least get the full bagel. So I was a bit sad about that! However I did also get a decaf eggnog latte, and as per usual it was delicious. And the half of the bagel was really tasty too! I just wish it was the full bagel. Perhaps I read the menu wrong? I wouldn’t order it again if it’s just going to be half of a bagel with a little smoked salmon on it.

We live down the street in Britannia and we love your coffee and limited menu! I’m sure you are considering all your options but with such an outstanding venue and atmosphere it seems like such a waste leaving it sit empty every night. Our community really needs another restaurant in Britannia and I understand it’s not really your area of expertise but have you thought about exploring some pop up restaurant ideas and subletting your beautiful venue after hours maybe Thursday- Saturday? Alternatively how about offering a very casual lunch menu keeping it simple with soups, sandwiches and salads? Some thoughts for consideration, I’m sure our community would support the ideas , please think about it ! Ken

Beautiful space that makes you spend some time and relax, drinking coffee out of this world.
We had espresso, cortado and condensed milk latte.
Every single drink was absolutely incredible.
This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in Canada, and can't wait to be back.

Extremely poorly managed with a long line. Super inefficient way running the till and makes customers wait over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.
