Wonderful ambiance… Got to love the presentation and chill service. I got a green tea and sandwich. They made the tea with like that real matcha flavour and the sandwich had garlic butter on it. Mmmmm it was a great experience!

OVERPRICED FOR MID QUALITY
Spending 20$ for 2 lattes (pumpkinspice and oat macha) lead me to believe the drinks would be great. The oatmilk tastes like dirty old rice water and completely ruins the matcha. The pumpkin spice latte was ok but extremely overpriced. The atmosphere is cute and very avant garde plain Jane; looks like it's straight out of the ikea catalog.
Unfortunately I don't recommend this cafe at all, this was extremely disappointing. I'd suggest the bullet on Northmount drive or Minuet Cafe on Charlswood.

I went 3 mornings in a row and each day was a bit different. Day one delicious cap and chia pudding, great service one fellow working and it was quiet &relaxing. Day 2 4 staff and amazing food displayed and ready and that cold pressed juice Wow again my little cappuccino followed by drip coffee- staff were awesome and on top of everything . They had to be… so busy! I am lucky I got a table. Lots of nooks and crannies for seating and groceries right next door . so easy with the parking garage free- and it was raining crazy hard. Day 3 - two staff hardly any food displayed and um Idk my breakfast sandwich cold and messy and the toast is way better cappuccino is good i would not say a friendly atmosphere today but hey the other 2 days were great. service industry is hard but this is a pricey place and when I am paying that and a fat tip, I prefer friendly and helpful. Either way, a million times better then Starbucks but lol that’s a low bar
Parking: just need to register your car and you get 3 hours in a garage!

Cute place that emulates a downtown vibe close to the university. The staff are friendly and serve your items directly where you sit.
Seating area is large but generally gets filled
Not sure if it's just because it's monogram but the coffee isn't the greatest. Everytime it's sour and not extracted correctly. Whether that is for drip coffee, the machine or hand poured.
Nonetheless if you aren't too particular with your coffee it's a nice place.
Totally pretentious coffee joint in the absolute best way. The cold brew I had here was one of the best I’ve ever had! Coffee done right ?

It was okay. I was there grabbing coffee and breakfast for me and my partner, to go. The barista seemed like he was in a bad mood and was very snappy when I was ordering. I ordered something that wasn't available because the oven was broken and he didn't offer something else. The other barista, whom was nice and polite, ended up suggesting that I order the jam toast and avocado toast instead. As I took the order back to the Alt Hotel, which was across the cafe, my partner said the coffee tasted bad. Tasted both coffees and it was indeed different when I ordered two of the same coffee. We came to this coffee shop the day before and had better service. Sorry to say we won't be returning.

However after asking for my name the cashier wrote down "Queen". I corrected her and said it's "Quinn" but instead of fixing my name in the system she said "well today you are Queen" and then laughed and walked away.
