Wonderful ambiance… Got to love the presentation and chill service. I got a green tea and sandwich. They made the tea with like that real matcha flavour and the sandwich had garlic butter on it. Mmmmm it was a great experience!
I went 3 mornings in a row and each day was a bit different. Day one delicious cap and chia pudding, great service one fellow working and it was quiet &relaxing. Day 2 4 staff and amazing food displayed and ready and that cold pressed juice Wow

Cute place that emulates a downtown vibe close to the university. The staff are friendly and serve your items directly where you sit.
Seating area is large but generally gets filled
Not sure if it's just because it's monogram but the coffee isn't the greatest. Everytime it's sour and not extracted correctly. Whether that is for drip coffee, the machine or hand poured.
