We arrived 9:15pm, were seated and then promptly left to wait for 15min without so much as a drink order being taken. Only one other table occupied and no wait staff in sight. Highly unprofessional and poor representation of the brand. Will not be visiting this location again.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I felt our girl Letty really deserves it. She has this energy. She was not fake. And even though we know everybody needs to make a living, she didn’t make us feel like we were just another table. It was very busy and I know she had lots going on, but I was so surprised at her ability to focus and rush around while being so graceful.

Black Friday was a crazy day for us and we only stopped into Montana’s very quick for a quick bite. We felt pretty rude because we were in such a hurry and pretty short with the server but she definitely understood the assignment. Letty helped us rush out and reassured us That it was no problem at all. She rushed the food as well. We didn’t have to ask her for our boxes or for our bill and she just made our day that much better.
Lete never disappoints. We always request to have Letty serve our table. My husband left a review as well because we feel we owe it to her to show our support just as she has been so kind to us every time we are there our family has been going there for quite some time now we always Have such a great dinner and Letty has become A friend now even. Sometimes you can definitely tell a server is just working, but Letty really takes the time to make your experience feel like more than that.

It is not very common to come across chivalry in this new generation. To say the least, we were blessed by her company.
