Dear Nick, you lied about authenticity of the franks red hot buffalo sauce on the wings ?. But it made for probably the most fun night the three of us have had in awhile. we were greeted by the front hostess with a smile, and we sat on the lounge side. Our server was Madison and she greeted us with a great big smile. She took very good care of us, making sure that all was to our satisfaction and never had to wait for service. We didn't wait long to get our food. It was hot and delicious. It is not our first time to that location and we will visit again and again. Always a pleasure to go there.Thanks Madison, see you again soon :)

I had a fantastic time here. The service was top notch and I enjoyed the food I had. Id highly recommend supporting this location, they have some quality cooks and staff here. On Wednesday, March 6/2024, my husband and I visited the Montana's on Beacon Hill in Calgary, Alberta - and had one of the worst experiences that we've ever had at a restaurant. We went for the All You Can Eat ribs special.About 20 minutes after we placed our order, of a starter pulled pork nacho and all-you-can-eat ribs we were informed by our waitress, that the manager had told her they ran out of ribs, and we were asked if we would like to order anything else and our nachos would be comped because of the situation. She returned several minutes later and asked if we would like to order some food. The table behind us had ribs already as were seated before we arrived.After about 30 minutes, our appetizer of nachos showed up - and the meat on it was ice cold. we informed our waitress and she said I'm sorry I'll get another made. About 20 min passed and she came out with a new plate of nachos. My husband grabbed the meat right off the top and it was cold to touch we called her back and said again the meat was cold her response was they just made it, he picked up a chunk and dropped the cold meat into her hands she said I believed you to which he replied, its here and we'll eat it. She said ok and walked away. You would think the manager would be involved by now, but we were never approached by them - but we saw a manager everywhere else wandering around as was getting closer to close and tables were emptying up.As we started into nachos, our meals came a few moments later. She placed them on the table and asked if we wanted a refill on our pops as we had to get a drink to get all we could eat. My husband replied yes please, then she walked away - and did not return.After we got our food, we overheard the same waitress ask the other table who already had ribs if they wanted any refills which they each replied yes and got 2 rounds of refills as we ate our dinner. She then promotes the all-you-can-eat ribs to another table behind us.It's a tad frustrating to be told one thing, and then hear the complete opposite as it feels like we were discriminated against because of our physical size. (We are a larger-sized couple).At no point throughout the 2 hours we were there, did anyone check up on how our food was, nor did we speak with a manager. While my husband was on an important work call, she provided us with a bill, while he was still away from the table, she came by several times to ask if we were ready to pay. When we finally paid there was only ourselves and 1 other table with people at it who were chatting and had paid quite a while earlier - which means that there's zero reason for us to have been ignored.We understand you can run out of an item as silly as it is on its promotional night. It's just the fact that as the experiences got worse the care became lessened to a point of pure neglect.(We've already filled out the survey on our receipt)

Super slow service. They seem to not care about their customers, from their management down. Second time in less than a week and both times really slow, wife says that she is about to fall asleep. It has been 35 minutes now and the waiter has told us twice sorry it won’t be too long.
