Mother's Pizza

For quite a few years this place was my go-to pizza spot! Something has changed and the pizza is not near as good as it used to be. Hard to say exactly why - maybe worse ingredients, less ingredients too? Not cooked as well? Just less tasty. I don't mean to be rude, but I hope that maybe the owners can think back to what made their pizza good, and what the difference is now. I'll try again in a few months, but if it hasn't returned to form, will not be ordering from mother's anymore, unfortunately. Good luck mother - I am rooting for you.

Mothers is absolutely our favourite They are open late which works perfectly for us and we never wait longer than 20 min. Prices are affordable even for us Couldn’t get better than the hula hula in a panzaratti. My FAVE !!

Fantastic sauce. Deep tomato flavour but not at all acidic. Super stretchy cheese. Veggies will be al dente, (on the firm side) I like that so I was super happy with our cheddar beef pizza. The smaller pizzas were a little well done on the crust so if you don't like that, get a bigger pizza 🤷‍♀️

The pizza is always burnt, service is next to nothing, and it always feels like you are being judged and watched for just wanting good food. It almost feels like I’m a nuisance. All the toppings are raw and crunchy. And the dough is either always too thin or too thick.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Businesses like this need to remember that customer service is the backbone of long-term success. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with respect.

STR-E-T-C-H-YYYY CHEESE!! Seriously, real mozzarella is hard to find! My kiddo loved the stretchy cheese and the 10” Hula Hula. The ham was smoky and the pineapple sweet with free dip on the side. Portion is large, which made for leftovers for lunch kits the next day and a stress free dinner after class across the street. Enjoyed gazing at the indoor pond, following the fish, and the owners even let us feed them.

The pizza I ordered recently was not cooked through all the way, and the dough was visibly sticky/raw underneath the cheese. Really unfortunate because the two pizzas and panzerotti I ordered before were great. Hopefully this issue will be resolved in the future because they just lost a repeat customer.

Two stars because it was still edible lol. But the crust was soggy while the toppings were sliding right off. Seems like the pizza was undercooked.

Been ordering pizza awhile here and they never charged for extra sauce - now suddenly they add that into your door dash order. No other pizza place charges for extra sauce it’s stupid to think someone would do that.

Careful guys there scamming now because of the economy.
