I am a Delivery person with Uber Eats I had an order to pick up at the restaurant after a long wait at the back door of the restaurant a waitress comes out I asked her nicely where my order is she answers me unpleasantly with a little gratuitous insult ...? after my question that it is not her problem if I have to wait a long time that I did not ask her for anything ??

Just didn't meet expectations. When asked about the color of my blackened chicken, I was told that "that's the color it is here," and "Cajun and blackened were the same color"? So why was my Alfredo sauce orange then, or rose? Is Alfredo sauce not white? That's the color it is here, I guess. My Coke tasted like a flat diet coke. I canceled the drink, but a replacement was brought back to the table even after canceling. 2nd drink tasted like Mexican coke and was still absolutely flatttt.. atmosphere was ok food and service were far from usual expectations at Moxies.. still tipped 20% because I'm not an Ahole. Paid full price for a sub-par experience at best.. We (4) left with a bad experience in our rear view. Simply put, if that's the way it is there.. I just wouldn't EVER go back.. Worst answer ever! Why don't you just tell the customer to leave. It would be far less offensive.. The order was blackened chicken on a rigatoni Alfredo..

We're seated and served quick. They made an honest error on my daughter's order, which was promptly corrected and comped without asking.
Had the steak salad, which was very tasty with a great contrast of flavors and texture.
