Had a really enjoyable dinner at Moxie’s tonight. Our server Ivy was fantastic, genuinely sweet, attentive without being overbearing, and made the whole experience feel welcoming.

We tried a few dishes: the Tuna Sushi Stack was fresh and flavourful with a nice balance of the soy ginger glaze and spicy mayo against the creamy avocado and mango.

The Short Rib Beef Dip was good but really, really small, and the Blackened Chicken Burger was solid comfort food done right.

The portions ran a bit smaller than expected for the price point, but the quality and flavour were there. If you’re going for taste over volume, you won’t be disappointed.

Service was excellent. Food not so much; both orders of ribs were not “falling off the bone” tender. The 1/2 order was slightly burnt on the outer area of the rib. We requested our vegetables on soft side. Only one of the carrots was slightly soft otherwise the beets and other carrot too hard to cut or bite into. Our meal and drinks were basically taken care of as well as desert offered and a $25.00 voucher given to use at a future visit. They did go above and beyond for us. We will definitely be going back again.

The food has been amazing. Never disappointed. Our server was very mindful of our needs and ensured everything was taken care of.

Great service. Unfortunately the food didn't taste great. The tuna tasted old, pasta undercooked with mixture of different types of noodles in the dish? Otherwise, the presentation was nice.

Jayden did a great job his first shift. Rachelle was a strong trainer and efficient server. They played along with my father’s horrible jokes and made for a great evening. Well done.

This place is quality, love when they serve me in the head

Asked for NO pork and served pork in item that doesn't normally even have pork in it. Profound dissatisfaction with a recent dining experience that was nothing short of unacceptable. I specifically requested no bacon in my order, as I do not consume pork for many reasons. Despite this clear directive, both items that I received contained bacon, undermining the purpose of my request.

To make matters worse, it appeared that the manager made no effort to rectify the situation; in fact, my soup, which is typically free of bacon, was served with an excessive amount of it. This not only demonstrated a lack of attention to detail but also a disregard for customer requests.
When I told my waitress regarding this issue, I was met with a refusal to address my concerns or adjust the bill in any manner. This is unacceptable customer service and reflects poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a paying customer, I believe that addressing dietary restrictions and ensuring proper order fulfillment are fundamental responsibilities of any dining establishment.
I hope you to reconsider your approach to customer service and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I celebrated my birthday last night with friends and we are no strangers to Moxie's - always good food and good vibes. But it was Rachelle's service that made our experience extra special!! She did an amazing job and we had the funnest time 🎉 thank you Rachelle! 🫶🏼

Usually don't post reviews, but what an awesome experience here. Rachelle made sure our night was great. She was attentive, hilarious, and made the night absolutely awesome! The food happened to be good too!
