Horrible customer service. We grabbed a strawberry vanilla for my kid. He first asked for the strawberry sauce on the side but changed his mind right away (of course a kid) asking for it to be drizzled on top instead so I went back within 5seconds of taking it and politely asked if it’s okay to have it drizzled on top instead. But the 3 filipino staffs that were working today May 4, 2025 at 12:30pm were so rude and gave me attitude. They prolly thought I don’t speak Tagalog. They took the pretzel from me but they were talking in Tagalog saying that I changed my mind, they were complaining about it, they didn’t actually wanted to accept it, shaking their head left and right. They could’ve just said no. It also doesn’t take 5minutes to drizzle sauce. They weren’t having “lunch rush”. I was the only one at the front and the only customer they had at that time. Disappointing.

Was at south center on Saturday aug 3 at 5 pm. Was thinking of getting a pretzel. However I decided to go to the bathroom first. As I get there. One of the employees of Mr pretzel was at the Urinal. I watch this person finish there business. Walk to the sink. While looking at their phone. Splash water on the one hand (no soap) and the leave to go back to handing out pretzel. I don’t have faith this place worries about proper hygiene if this is acceptable. So I went upstairs and got something else.

I was there last week and I'd like to commend the store's staff; despite of the holiday rush leading to long lines, they not only promote the 5+1 deal, but also expressed gratitude for our patience, which adds up in enhancing our enjoyment of the freshly baked pretzels.

Poor customer service, the staff washing dishes instead of serving customer I been lineup it took more than 10 minutes to got service .I was chinook location yesterday the customers service was excellent. This location needs more training to give basic customer service.

All I wanted was fresh pretzels half hour before they closed I could see the cups where stale since I work across the way she refused to make a new cup by and tried to convince me they where fresh by pressing on the bread . I turned around disappointed
