This is the best food I’ve tried. Very fresh,warm bread, smell so good! And very friendly service. For sure will buy more.

First time eating Mr. Pretzels. The plain ones my companions ordered were a bit overcooked. Also, the dips were a bit too sweet for me. However, I love the cinnamon pretzel.

I had just went there at lunch as I was looking for something new to eat. I have eaten Mr. Pretzel before but I kind of forgot about it. I was the only customer and the lady working there was very rude. I gave my order but as I was talking, she walked away to put the pretzel into the oven. I wasn't finished telling her my order and she was showing attitude as if she hates her job. She didn't greet me and no smile at all. She looked miserable. So I told her to cancel my order.. and I walked away. I couldn't take her horrible customer service. I was thinking why I should give her my business? Very appalled. Went to Tims instead.
