I just can’t figure out why they’re always so slow here.
I had just went there at lunch as I was looking for something new to eat. I have eaten Mr. Pretzel before but I kind of forgot about it. I was the only customer and the lady working there was very rude. I gave my order but as I was talking, she walked away to put the pretzel into the oven. I wasn't finished telling her my order and she was showing attitude as if she hates her job. She didn't greet me and no smile at all. She looked miserable. So I told her to cancel my order.. and I walked away. I couldn't take her horrible customer service. I was thinking why I should give her my business? Very appalled. Went to Tims instead.

I love Mr Pretzels .But,the Asian lady that work there is so scary.Horrible customer service.This place shouldn't be call Mr pretzels but Mr sausage?!Every time I went there she only make the sausage one.No pretzels to sell.The self is empty all the time.

Horrible customer service. Wanted to provide business and the Aisan lady working used covid as a excuse. The business is open until 5pm I was there a whole hour before close , as they are part of the core and she denied making and preparing food for a customer, stating that her boss told her to turn away customers.

I went to there a month ago and I spent about $20 but it was old and taste was really bad! Also I told her why u don’t make it properly ? She said We about close I do not want use this new oil!..
