Watched as a little boy, maybe 10 bought a pretzel for 5 bucks. Then the cashier stood there and let him shove a 15 dollar tip in the tip jar, and she let him, not a word. Stealing from children! No ifs ands or buts, that's all it was

Mr. Pretzels is my go-to snack spot! The pretzels are always fresh, warm, and delicious. I love the cinnamon sugar one the most. Selena, Kc and Andrei are very friendly, and their service is quick. It’s the perfect snack when I’m craving something tasty

Today I visit this mr pretzel during my day off I had a beautiful day but the workers were just terrible if you want make business please fired them and hire new one

They were so rude and disrespectful especially Nara and and the other lady’s working with her. They were all so grumpy looking with very little expression and overall just rude in general. Do not recommend…

Turns out that if you use a credit card and tip the staff the owners keep that money for themselves. I think that's shameful. If I'm typing I expect it to go to the staff. That's the point.

The 3 lovely ladies that were working today at around 6 pm provided an excellent service! They were very friendly and so helpful! Mr. Pretzels is a good go-to spot when I want a quick snack. And the pretzels are always fresh and so delicious!

The quality of the bread is always so poor. Its hard and difficult to chew. It seems like they’re just using old leftovers.

I work in the mall and have seen one of the employees on three separate occasions at this kiosk, not wash their hands after using the public restroom and then returning to work without washing their hands in the sink provided in the kiosk. I will not be eating here. I have told everyone I know not to eat here because that is absolutely disgusting.

The dark haired girl working here yesterday around 4pm kept flipping the machine around to add tips to everyone’s purchases. If I want to tip I will tip but it is disrespectful and disgusting for the staff to be adding tips to customers’ purchases without permission

Ugh,,,the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Today, lunch hour, not too busy. Waited behind one person in line ahead of me. When it was my turn I waited and waited. There were 3 employees,,,one rolling out pretzels, another baking and prepping, and the third one taking customer orders. When the person in front of me finished ordering the employee taking order took out a cell phone, sent a text, then maybe read something, continued texting and reading,,, all while I was standing right in front of her ready to order. The guy rolling out pretzels looked over at her, then at me, then back to the pretzel rolling. No one said ‘just a moment, be right with you’,,,,nothing. After close to a minute of this, I threw up my hands and walked away. I work in customer service myself and I know the standard and this wasn’t even close. It’s too bad because the pretzels are delicious but I might not go back anytime soon, or ever. Boss,,,,I hope you see this and train your staff more thoroughly in customer service, or fire those who just don’t care about providing quality service.

I went to this location yesterday and found the “buy 5 pretzels get 1 free” sign very misleading. When I bought 2 pretzels the women ringing up my transaction refused to give me 2 stamps and said the offer is for 5 transactions and not 5 pretzels. I don’t tried to explain to her that’s not what the sign said but she didn’t seem to care. I also said I would pay for my transactions separately and she said “No I can’t do that”. Got the pretzels and they were super over cooked. Overall disappointing transaction.

The sale girl was no smiling at all, however cinnamon sugar pretzel was amazing!

While I do understand they were very busy... This was a terrible experience.
First off they were behind so they had about 10-12 of us wait until the pretzels were done, no problem.

Except they were undercooked. Meaning they made all of us wait forever just for undercooked food. We actually wanted pretzel bites. But I guess they were too busy to make those.

Customer service was definitely terrible as well.

This location is about 50/50. I've been here about 10 times, Either it's amazing, or inedible. I'm done giving them chances. They've lost my business.
