Every time I'm at Chinook Mail I buy a cinnamon pretzel. But today Jan 21, unfortunately, I had to return and inform them that my pretzel had no sugar or cinnamon and a puddle of butter in the package. The cashier at 8:25 pm didn't like it, laughed with the other employees, and gave me another one. I'm just sad about the cashier's behavior; she was rude and lacked training in customer service

Every time I go to Chinook, I always buy pretzels because they’re one of my stress relievers.🥰 And today, I visited Mr. Pretzels and was really impressed by the service, specially Emily and Cristel my Filipino kababayan❤️ they are awesome! The 2 staffs were polite, friendly. patient, and very professional. They explained the flavors, prepared everything fresh, and made sure I was happy with my order. Excellent customer service and delicious pretzels.

Ziaria served me from before, she is really nice and good employee, and her other coworkers is welcoming as well. The pretzels is well cook, including the variety of flavours.

Would like to give appreciations and job well done to the people working in Mr Pretzel Chinook branch. I am just new around the area and it’s my 4th time buying my kids favourite pretzel flavour there. Despite some busy times and lined up customers these people named Jenalyn, Cristel, Chester and Zia are rocking it to serve the freshly cooked pretzels🥨🥨🥨🥨😋😋! Keep it up guys!

Great Experience at Mr. Pretzel!

I recently visited Mr. Pretzel and was really impressed with both the service and the product. The pretzels were fresh, warm, and perfectly seasoned — especially the cinnamon sugar one, which was a personal favorite. The staff were friendly (Kristen and Dana) and efficient, even during a busy time. It’s clear that quality and customer satisfaction are priorities here. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The kids spotted Mr. Pretzels from far away and screamed for them. I can't blame them as the pretzels are great!

We got the kids Salted Pretzel Bites and Sugar Cinnamon Pretzel Bites. Both were freshly made. My kids love the sugary one while I prefer the salted pieces. I am amazed at how consistent the pretzels have been here. Other places sometimes overcook the pretzels, but so far, we haven't experienced it here.

Another personal favorite of mine is their Pretzel Dog. I held off temptation this time.
