I noticed when you order a small, assorted sub they’ll give you 2 pieces of salami, 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of luncheon meat but when you get a large they’ll give you 4 pieces salami, 4 pieces luncheon meat, but only give you 3 pieces of ham when every other location in Calgary gives you 4 , 4 and 4 when I ask him about it, they say no it’s only three very rudely so they like to try to rip you off on a piece of ham to try to save money. might not be much but with today’s prices and everything rising and cost totally unfair and rude will not be going back there, especially after the rudeness when all I did is ask a question

Listening skills are not with the staff at 2pm and They throw the food that i did nt asked for back into the clean food container. After repeatedly say no to what they were doing they certainly do not care about allergies.

Tried a Mr Sub for the first time and it was at this location. Ended up being although a little more expensive that Subway it was a better sub sandwich than they make. The place was very clean and the two ladies at front were welcoming. I'd recommend this over Subway.

To the staff at this location, PLEASE remember hand hygiene. Yes, I see you wearing gloves but you wore the same pair from when I walked in, until you started making my sub. You even rang in my order prior to making my sub touching the dirty debit machine and cash register and then proceeded to make my sub wearing the same gloves. I had to ask THREE times for you to change your gloves. I am also celiac and requested the keto bun, please be aware that normal bread can’t be handled when preparing someone with celiacs sub. This wasn’t my main concern because I know many folks don’t know this and I’m comfortable walking them thru it. Food was good tho. Please educate yourselves and employees on hygiene and gluten free food prep.Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease. So gluten free is absolutely necessary.
