Cheap cheap cheap, the smallest amount of cheese and meat, $14 sub and getting this little amount of meat is sad.

I went here today. And I ordered a regular turkey sub. They topped it up with veggies. And when they go to put the turkey on it. Literally, 3 pieces of sliced turkey. I asked for extra meat so another 3 was put on. This thing was disappointing. By the time I walked out it was 17 dollars for a sub, extra meat a drink and a bag of chips. I used to really like this MR SUB a few years ago. And I get more and more disappointed everytime. Today was the last time I will go to a MR SUB. For $17.00. The other options are way better.

Terrible Service. I keep hoping they will eventually get the idea, but never do. They are much more interested in talking with each other than communicating with the customer. When I have to repeat every selection made because you're chatting with co-workers, I lose a lot of respect for you and your operation.

The worst sub i've ever had from this franchise. Obviosly the owners are giving direction to cut portions and qualty for their own gain. Do yourself a favour, and don't order from here. Pick another location.
Why you waste the time of the drive when your store is closed then why u turn on the tablet this is totally wasted of time

I have gone here 3 times. I love Mr.Sub and usually go to the 16th ave location. This location is closer. The first 2 times they put the wrong sauce on my pizza sub. This 3rd time they were supposed to be open at 9am I drove all the way there and they were closed. I will not go to this location anymore, I had to go to work with no lunch. Can’t trust a place that doesn’t follow their own hours or make your sub properly, the disappointment!!!

Was just at this location (72 Ave, Calgary) for the first time. I didn't get the girls name who was working today around 4:30 pm but she was so sweet. The previous customer was a bit rough and she handled it so well and then helped with my bigger order and was so great to chat with!
