Terrible Service. I keep hoping they will eventually get the idea, but never do. They are much more interested in talking with each other than communicating with the customer. When I have to repeat every selection made because you're chatting with co-workers, I lose a lot of respect for you and your operation.

I have gone here 3 times. I love Mr.Sub and usually go to the 16th ave location. This location is closer. The first 2 times they put the wrong sauce on my pizza sub. This 3rd time they were supposed to be open at 9am I drove all the way there and they were closed. I will not go to this location anymore, I had to go to work with no lunch. Can’t trust a place that doesn’t follow their own hours or make your sub properly, the disappointment!!!

Was just at this location (72 Ave, Calgary) for the first time. I didn't get the girls name who was working today around 4:30 pm but she was so sweet. The previous customer was a bit rough and she handled it so well and then helped with my bigger order and was so great to chat with!
