We always stop in whenever we're in the area. This location truly cares about the food they make and the customers they serve.
Every time we've stopped in, the same gentleman is always working (I think he's the owner?). He knows the sandwiches he makes, how to make them in the right order so nothing falls apart, and what to suggest for toppings. I've seen him walk brand new customers through Mr.Sub's menu and ensure they get the best meal possible while greeting the regulars with a smile.
Also I want to tip my hat to his no-tipping policy. Even though their machine prompts for it, he instructs every single customer to bypass the tip option. Kudos, keep up the work!

My husband and I have been coming to this Mr Sub for several years and have gotten to know the owner and some of the staff members. We are always welcomed with smiles and friendly conversation. The subs are made with fresh ingredients to your specifications, and they are delicious. There are many sub options on the menu. Getting the app provides opportunities to get special offers such as buy one get one 1/2 off, buy one get one free, or a free item with a purchase. We have always enjoyed our food from this Mr Sub and will continue to come here for quick fresh meals 😊

I’ve never experienced a worse example of poor communication and complete disregard for customer concerns.
Within seconds of placing my order, I noticed the wrong address had been auto-filled by the system, overriding my saved address. I immediately tried to fix the issue. Three emails, four phone calls, and twelve hours later, I was still told “nothing could be done.” The first phone call was met with laughter and amusement by the staff, blaming the UEAT system. UEAT support, in turn, blamed the store. No accountability.
This morning, I was told the owner wasn’t in and the order was going out regardless. The driver even refused to deliver to the corrected address.
I've never had to work so hard to fix an error caused by a system glitch and a business that refuses to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable service from both the restaurant and their delivery system. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look elsewhere.
My Order arrived 14 hrs later to the Wrong address regardless of the attempts to communicate.

My All Time Favorite Submarine Sandwich shop. I can remember back in the day before Subway came along I would come to one of the outlets in Calgary to buy an Assorted Sub with their tasty sub sauce. The only place that could beat this place was the Sub shop on 7th Ave when the C-Train station was outside the place next to the Arcade. Due to progress it was shut down and the Arcade is no longer there. Mr.Sub is still the Best to me.

Friday Nov. 8, 2024 @ 6pmish We decided on this location since it's close to home. 1 middle aged female employee working. Not overall friendly and just spoke barely when needed. We both ordered the ultimate club. She watched the football game while making our subs and stopped and stared at me without a word and I looked at her to see why she stopped. Her gaze was impatient with me not knowing what she wanted. Apparently that was my que to tell her what vegetables I wanted on my sandwich. I found her nonverbal attitude very passive aggressive. So did my friend. We were hungry so we ignored her poor ability to verbally communicate. If your unhappy with your mundane job then maybe you shouldn't be there.

Sandwiches are freshly prepared. The flavour is a bit lacking though. I didn’t really enjoy the meatballs. A bit tough. Like biting something leathery. The sauce was too salty, I’m not sure if I will go back.
