Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

If you’re Latin, the rice is not exactly the best option. It tastes texmex, but 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s just the way it is haha. The rest of the food is amazing, and the service is great!

I come here every month or two, but will try to find another location going forward. The person making the food at lunch today was not into it. Heaping on huge piles of peppers and beans makes the burrito taste worse, not better. Then they heated our two burritos on the grill for about 9 seconds. The toppings inside were still cold when we ate them. The person I was with commented that this is the worst Mucho location they typically go to in Calgary. Please respect your customers by trying a bit harder to train your staff.

Some training. Mia or Nia in particular is not a good image for the brand any training seminars would be beneficial for the brand and the staff she is extremely Rude.

Worst chicken ever they don’t know how to talk to the customers. Am not gonna visit ever in my life worst experience. The old guy he is punjabi he is very mean and rude. They don’t know how to talk to the customers

Amazing people, amazing space, and especially amazing food, I like how it's a quiet space where one could do their work, do their homework, and just relax at a cozy and aesthetic place. The people here are also kind, and their customer service is also great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have authentic Mexican food, this would be the place for you.

Kid-friendliness: The people here are kind, and the music isn't anything vulgar at all, so bringing your children would totally be fine.

Ordered 2 for 1 burritos delivery and they were mostly just rice. What little other filling there was didn't taste good either

I couldn't even finish eating this.
The guy at the service was nice and tried his best.
But everything else was terrible.
The rice was stale, and the vegetables hadn't been changed for a long time.
This place is ruining the franchise.
The atmosphere inside is unpleasant.
There weren't even any people there.
And they were cleaning up trash while we were eating.

I come here all the time for lunch. Always tasty, affordable, and fast!

Love their giant burritos. It's sometimes very hit and miss on how much of each topping they put on. Don't be afraid to ask for more if you want it made thar way. Overall very delicious.
