Walked in at around 8:30pm on November 10th. Employee was standing on the counter, where food is prepared, in her socks cleaning the walls. Not only was it super unsanitary, but they were also ignoring the line of customers waiting to be helped?? Walked right back out and won’t be back. Disgusting and concerning

The entire order was soggy, wet and cold. It was my first time and definitely last time ordering from here

My girlfriend and I both love Mucho Burrito, but we won’t be going back to this location. On 2 separate occasions (the only times we’ve been there) we found that the customer service was rough, portion sizes were smaller compared to other locations, and the chicken was very dry.

The guy that was working made our 3 burritos in under 5 minutes. I almost didn't have time to remember my ingredients he was so quick! He loaded us up with meat and I got the biggest "small" burrito I've ever had. Service with a smile, highly recommend this guy (didn't get his name).

Updating my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. The employee was busy with other customer which is fine, but the other lady chose to prep an online order instead of my order right in front of me. I thought she came to do my order, but she said it’s for online instead. Wasn’t a good impression, although the girl who made my order was nice and efficient.

If you guys choose to prioritize online orders instead of fulfilling those of customers that drive to your restaurant to eat here, then you deserve 3 stars at best. It was actually a bit disrespectful to do that in front of me. It’s costing me my time, so sorry not sorry.

Ordered Mucho Burrito (pork carnitas)
The burrito was even thicker than my forearm, and the food was absolutely delicious!! ??
but I seriously DO NOT recommend dining inside the restaurant...
because the tables and seats were so sticky as though HONEY was coated to protect the furniture

It was a much better experience than the other times, The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. Portion sizes have definitely increased since the last time. Great to see that this restaurant has upped their standards.

The two ladies that work in the evening are so friendly. I was shocked to find how fast they prepared my mobile order, and it tasted SO good !! They made it absolutely perfect !!
The dine-in restaurant is really cozy too.
I love how big it is and it's clear to see they stay ontop of their cleaning duties because all tables were wiped down, floors were well kept.
To my surprise this location has a drive-thru as well.

Mucho burrito is one of my go-to favourite restaurants. I was incredibly hungry when I arrived and pleased that my order was completed quicklyThis location ticked all the boxes for me. The staff was friendly and did a great job of telling me about options for my burrito. The ingredients were tasty and fresh.The location was clean, the music was at a good volume.I would not hesitate to go back.

Mucho burrito is a place I really look forward to eating at and I’ve never been to a mucho burrito that has been so frugal. Ordered a small which I always order, got half a scoop of rice and maybe 5 veggies. Regretted ordering a small for the first time ever!

I received such great service tonight at the signal hill location that it’s worth talking about! I went thru the drive thru, and the person taking my order was a great communicator, explained he was making it all fresh for me, and was so friendly and polite. Turned out to be the best burrito bowl I’ve had at Mucho! Thank you!
