Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Ordered a couple of bowls here. During preparation the server kept ignoring our order and helping the people behind us in the line, despite them already having a server helping them. He then overcharged us on both bowls, claiming that because we declined rice it was "custom" pricing. The food was mediocre.

The beef burrito was pretty good but not warm. The chicken tacos were horrible. It was so dry that I could barely swallow them without water. They were soft tortillas, not heated. They were cold, unmelted cheese, with no flavor. The churros were 6 thin sticks. Not worth the price. Not returning.

I am exhausted because it takes a lot of time to prepare food.
Suddenly, the customer in front of me said that the card terminal was broken when it was my turn to pay by credit card, so I was forced to pay in cash.
Fortunately, I had a very small amount of cash, but it suddenly happened during my turn, so I felt bad and the taste was not good.
