Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

The tacos are good, although they didn’t have soft white tortillas available for a long time. However, I’m giving one star for the service—not because of the staff, but because of the owners. Despite receiving tips from paying customers, the owners reportedly don’t pass those tips on to their employees, many of whom are working under a paid LMIA immigration scheme where they charge the employee cash for employment. Everytime I’ve visited, the staff seem overworked, often with only one person handling everything after 2 or 3 p.m. It’s disappointing to see owners treat their employees this way

$20+ dollars for a bland rice and veggie wrap. Is Mucho size different at each location? This one was a lot smaller than I usually get, barely any meat, and they missed half the ingredients. Hope they're happy with the extra few dollars they made on my order. Avoid this place.

1 hour and 40 minutes and still not received our order from here.

I recently tried the veggie bowl from Mucho Burritos and enjoyed it a lot. The fresh veggies, perfectly cooked rice and beans, and tasty toppings made for a delicious and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

Great and enjoyable experience last night. Staff was friendly and impressed with FALGUNI and PRUTHA. She was very claim and smiling nature. I am very needy in my food. I am request to them to add extra sauces and topping, she did not charge too me. she was happily to served us. Even she was busy with other stuff, but she was happily dealing with everything. Food was also delicious. <3 :)

Parking: Just go there. You won't regret!

The most terrible service. We are charged extra for asking for more sauce. The female owner was so rude and disrespectful. She charged $5.00 of extra charges when she couldn’t fill the MUCHO size burrito properly. I’m paying for a mucho size already but she is being so stingy with her toppings. Never coming back again. She will start charging for napkins too at this point too.
