Their portions are great, the food is tasty I always like to default to this place when I think of healthier options.

Vegetarian options: You can have rice beans wrap with all salad toppings

I have a family member that works as a courier delivering packages to this location. The staff today refused to let my family member use their restroom. They claimed that (after delivering their mail) that my family member could only use the washroom if they bought something. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Mucho burrito is one of my favourite places to eat, however this location is sub par. I’ve been to multiple locations in the city and I always ask for half and half with two different proteins. They always accommodate this. But at this location they wouldn’t allow it? The food is not cheap, (almost $15 for a bowl) and yet they really don’t give you good portions. Over all my meal was so-so. Not that much flavour. My favourite location is in shawnessy. The staff is the best, they give you large portions and they aren’t too cheap to do two different meats.

Staff were very rude & argued when I asked for guac since the menu says it’s included in the veggie burritos, they said the menu is wrong, too bad. Had to ask them to put more than 5 beans in it so that I could have a morsel of protein then I paid $15 for this palm sized burrito (I am 5’4 with small hands for reference)….

I ordered a barbacoa bowl and 4 ounces guacamole via Uber Eats.
The bowl was actually tasty and I enjoyed it. However, the size of my guacamole was beyond. No way this is 4 ounces????
They also forgot to include my utensils which I’ve requested for.

I was recently told they no longer serve flour tacos, only corn. All three tacos broke in half first time I picked up. Also this specific location provides very skimpy meat portions compared to others.

I was looking for something fresh, fast and cheap that was not 'fast food' and 2 pork carnitas tacos hit the spot perfectly on a hot hot day in Cowtown. Under $10 bucks and the family running the place were very nice to talk with.

Worst mucho burrito ever !! They had limited protein options said they ran out… so I got the chicken quesadilla. The Indian lady working was in such a rush prepping my food … there was barely any cheese holding the quesadilla together .. will never return to this location again ..
