I’m leaving this review only for Kabir!! I hope I spelt his name right. His warm attitude, willingness to go an extra mile for good service made my day. I haven’t been to this mucho in a long time but i’ll be coming back more often now!

This mucho is not great, the ingredients looks like they have been sitting for a long time, the tables are dirty, it’s just not a great place to eat. We won’t be eating here again.

Not very clean and no AC running, another place trying to save money the wrong way. They’d save even more if they just closed the doors and shut the lights off. No loss.

So we are closing in 40 min. This is the reason that they did not have ingredients to make burrito bowl. No veggies. We asked for some veggies to add. The person said we cannot add as of now as we are near closing time. No Avocado as we have to make it again.
Is this kind of response and behavior towards your customers from staff? You charged full amount and we have right to get choices we want. This is most pathetic store I have ever visited. I will make sure that my friends will also not visit this store. I will escalate this issue to main customer department.

Mucho Burrito is a great place if you’re looking for fresh ingredients and solid portions. The food always tastes good, and I like that you can customize everything to your liking. The staff is usually pretty quick and friendly, and the place is clean. It’s definitely one of the better options for a fast, satisfying meal.

Super friendly service and one of the best mucho burritos I’ve ever eaten. I wish I would have grabbed the name of the guy who made my lunch to give him a shout out. That man is an artist and exceptionally good at his job!

I recently tried the Mucho Veggie and Rice, and I was disappointed with the quality. The vegetables and rice did not taste fresh, which impacted the overall experience.

The food is really good! Our burritos have plenty of toppings, always overflowing ( keep it up!) but what I like the most about this place is the people who work in this location. They are always nice and kind! This evening in particular this woman who was taking our order noticed we had little kids she kindly offered to cut up the chicken into smaller pieces to my little ones. What a nice touch of kindness! Kudos to this team! I’ll continue to come back to this location.

November 4th 504 pm placed mobile order 6218. Was standing there waiting for food at 540 when message said ready by 519 pm. Only two other customers in the store. Order was missing items when I received it. This is the second time I’ve tried this store and both times are horrible experiences
