Next time you want chips and guacamole get the chips and go to subway next door and get the guacamole from subway. McDonald’s could make it better than mucho

The food was good and tasty, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, there was no white rice available — something I prefer, especially given concerns about arsenic in brown rice.

The bathroom was slightly unclean, which was a bit off-putting. It made me wonder about cleanliness in other areas like the kitchen.

Staff were friendly, which was great to see, but they weren’t very attentive when customers walked in. I had to wait a while before placing my order.

The atmosphere was nice, and the main eating area looked clean. However, the tables had a sticky residue — maybe leftover soap? Either way, it made eating a little uncomfortable.

A few improvements in cleanliness, attentiveness, and rice availability would easily turn this into a 5-star experience.

I recently visited this location everything is perfect like the food and service If I talk about the atmosphere It was great with light music. I got delicious food. I recommend it to everyone to visit here once If you are looking for good food thanks to everyone who served me.

Great job by manager. She was giving training and also managing the customers at the same time. My burrito tasted delicious as always. Great food. Love the customer service and how quick she is.

They're spoiled my order and how they do training on someone order in front of the customer, disgusting . And disrespectful staff 😒 😑

Quality was terrible

I had a Burrito Bowl, it was not good at all. Everything was cold and just tasted off, the service was the same - could tell the girl hates her job

I came in and order a mucho burrito
I add and extra protein which cost 3 dollars , and for my surprise I got a very extra small scoop of it , I would say the extra protein is around 1.0 oz or less.
Add on it , I took my order to go and I was not even offered a bag to go , my burrito was wrapped only in one layer of paper and during my driving back home it was licking on the seat of my car.
Horrible service today , I love eating here , but today was horrible experience

I ordered four burritos and first the girl at the counter was putting more rice and less vegetables and protein and very less sauce and when I tasted the burrito it was so dry and full of rice and it was a little burned

Worst burrito ever. Chicken bone are in chicken, asking for normal veggies employee told us owner told us to add less veggies.
