Rice was undercooked and crunchy and frankly a better job needs to be done keeping the place clean.

The food here is good, the service is alright but the place is filthy. I won't be back. The floor is nasty. There is food stuff dripping down the walls by the windows. The bench backs have never been cleaned. There's food and dirt in between the cushions. I've brought up the state of the place before, it looks like others have, and it remains unchanged. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like if this is what the public area looks like! Gross, is my guess.

This is the best Mucho burrito. I think I’ve step foot in in all of my years they make your breedable so full and so delicious and they really care. All the vegetables are fresh. All the meat is really juicy. They rock!

Very dirty and unkept. The bathroom is coated in urine on the floor and your feet stick to it. Trash cans have food dripping down the sides of them, floor is unswept, cracked and paint is pealing. Tables wobble and are always sticky. Counter where trash is located is disgusting. It really looks like owners have just abandoned all hope but continue to serve food anyways. Based on other reviews, I assume I can expect a response where someone says my review is concerning and they will look into it. But nothing will get done. I have tried this place multiple times over the years and it is clear that the owners just don't care as nothing improves. I can't (or don't wish) to imagine what it is like behind the scenes at this place. I feel my health is at risk eating here.

Good food, but dont bother trying to use the app/rewards program.

Theres a qr code in the restaurant to sign up, but if you try to get them to scan in person for rewards, none of the staff will know what to do with it.

If you try to order through the app for pickup, they'll say they never got the order, and you have to wait while they make it.

Disappointing, as i really liked the idea of collecting points on my orders here.

The worst mucho in Calgary, didn’t have the 2 burritos we wanted(out of the pineapple salsa, like seriously?) the staff barely speak English, they were rude, restaurant was dirty so I’ve called the health board. Lazy staff. I’d never give them another dollar. We went Saturday June 21 at 4pm. What a dump, owner should be embarrassed

I have ordered online from doordash nut they provided my order with poor packaging they have made bowl in a cardboard box which is leaking instead using plastic container worst customer service

I like Muchos food, but everything about this location has gotten much MUCH worse for the past few years. The service is pretty bad overall. The staff ignored someone who came in, and then they left so they are letting money walk right out the door.

The building is very beat up and It's very dirty. The tables haven't been cleaned since we came in.

A quesadilla should never be put in a bowl. Because it steams and turns sloppy. The peppers are cut so thick they make picking things up a challenge.

Overall I'm very sad about this place. I don't think the owners have kept an eye on this place.
