Mucho Burrito is my favourite fast food. The Ghost Pepper burrito is wicked. While I can only handle “wimpy” mode, there is a “hotter than hell” which I aspire to conquer before the grand exit.

A lovely young lady prepared our meals. The food is quite edible. Our grandsons were very pleased. My husband had a bowl, I had a quesadilla (would have been better if there had been a knife. My hands were quite messy), one grandson had a soft taco and the other a burrito I think. No one left hungry.

A big shout out to Lovedeep (sorry not sure on spelling lol) at the crowfoot location!! He went above and beyond tonight helping me make sure my dinner was free from gluten. Providing me with a list so I could check the allergens. When I asked for squash he said he wasn’t sure if it was gluten free but that he would check with management because it wasn’t on the list. I told him is was ok that I would pick other vegetable options. While were eating he must of found out that the squash was in-fact free of gluten so he brought some over to me to add to my food. It’s so nice that someone actually cared about keeping me safe by providing me delicious food I can actually eat. Finding people like him in the food industry is rare. Which is unfortunate for people with food allergies. Thanks again!!Krista ?

Food was fine but restaurant was dirty, lots of flies, furniture really in rough shape. Problems with the credit card machine made it difficult to pay but luckily we had cash. Staff was friendly but everything felt rushed even late at night. Overall it's pretty clear this location needs some TLC. Cannot recommend.

Stopped by here on my way home from work and not many places were open. Bless Mucho for opening later than other places.The food is always good but the employee working was what stood out. I didn’t get his name but he was taller with shaggy curly hair. Dude was awesome, super friendly and great positive attitude even it was almost closing time. Coming from someone in a customer service world, so refreshing to see someone have such amazing customer service. Koodos to you my guy!

RECONSIDER COMING HERE ! My friend ordered us burritos, we went to go pickup and they said they had never received the order. Very disappointed we even had email proof of order confirmation and the money was taken from our accounts. Used to be a go to spot for us, now we’ll have to reconsider. Not to mention the store is always dirty.
