I’ve been going to Mucho Burrito regularly now because of how amazing their food is and how well the staff treat their customers. Every visit, they’re friendly, respectful, and always make sure everything’s just right. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently great ,it’s honestly what keeps me coming back. The team here truly deserves an applause for their excellent customer service and delicious food! 🌯👏

One of the best Mucho Burito in Calgary.
They have changed whole environment now.

I used to come long time ago then Stopped.
But from last few visits I noticed huge difference in staff service and food quality.
Improved Big time.

Manpreet who served me multiple times made me to visit again and again.

Whenever she Makes bowl all of my family and friends loved it.

Must visit this Location.
I am sure you will come again and again.

Congratulations, that’s the second time when we left from the store without food because there is always a one person to serve. I strongly recommend the owner of this store to get two people on evening shift at a time. i understand you want to save money from having one employee at evening shift but you also loosing customers. I would prefer to go to 7 minutes far mucho burritos rather than waiting here for 15 minutes. Thank you very much, you have a awesome food but less stuff so you lost a customer. Congratulations 🎉

I recently visited Mucho Burrito and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. We had placed a large order and specifically told the server, server, to label each burrito correctly since the group included people with food restrictions and preferences. Despite this, the server mislabeled the food. Because of this mistake, one of us ended up biting into a meat burrito they absolutely could not eat.

When we brought this concern up, instead of taking accountability, the server (Ali) was reluctant to accept the mistake and immediately started making excuses. He said there were customers before us and that he was busy meal prepping. In reality, the line was not busy and our own friends were the customers before us. If the server was unsure, he should have reopened the burritos or at least communicated that he might have mislabeled them.

What made the situation worse was the servers response. His apology did not feel genuine at all. Instead of showing empathy, he shrugged it off and even said, “What do you want me to do now?” That is not the type of customer service anyone expects, especially when food restrictions and health are involved.

This was a serious mistake that could have had harmful consequences. At the very least, the server needs to be more diligent, take responsibility, and provide better customer service rather than excuses. Accountability matters, and in this case, it was completely lacking.
Get it together please.
