Rude customer service Monday, August 26, 2024. Do not recommend at all, even the tables were dirty. This lady had such a bad attitude and burnt my burrito too.

Love this location. Usually go once a week and it never disappoints. The shrimp tacos are amazing! They use fresh jumbo shrimp and the price is right. Had mucho at a different location today (got 2 much smaller shrimp in each taco).
The burritos are also amazing as the staff sure load them up.

Never in my life have I ever walked out on an order until today.First, the human behind the counter seemed bothered by the notion she might have to do a little work. While ordering I all but had to beg her to actually put anything inside this burrito. I've never seen anybody be so stingy in my life.Secondly - and most importantly - before we finished this person let out a big phlemmy cough all over the line. Absolutely disgusting. No attempt to cover her mouth at all. I get that making burritos is probably not her life's ambition but Jesus Christ. Basic hygiene is something I'd expect from children. Nevermind an adult in food service.Never again.

This is not just a random rating. This place is always consistent with fresh food and excellent customer service. Much better than most establishments.

When ordering for take-out in the Quarry restaurant they charge you 15 cents for a tiny paper bag. Really don't appreciate the petty upcharge. Why stop there Mucho? Should charge your customers for the foil wrapper its in and make 30cents. Napkins can be 10cents. Another 10cents for utensils. 50cents. 100 customers you got yourself 50bucks.Interestingly the charge is non-existent on the webpage if you do an order for take-out. Explain that one. You hand the customer a foil wrapped burrito to roll around in their vehicle? Customer asks for a bag you're going to make them dig for change when they're there just to pick-up what they purchased?I won't do take out there again. I'll go to places that incorporate the "bag charge" into their operating costs.The ladies behind the counter were very nice.

Twice I have come in to this location and the service has not been great. The person serving me who I have dealt with both times is not paying attention/listening to what ingredients I would like. She seems to be in a rush every time. I had to ask for my own take out bag as I wasn’t even asked if I was staying or taking my order to go. The difference between the service during the day to night time is considerably different and unfortunately the customer service during the evening needs major improvements

I love the way they make their buritos. They mix it all up then wrap it, unlike other places. Staff didn't seem too enthusiastic to do anything.
