They earn money with order and if they spend that much time on one order they are losing money time. And lot of other stuff. If you can make order on time thats great order wise stop being rude and wasting time.

I recently dined at Globefish Ramen and Izakaya, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is modern yet inviting, perfect for a casual early lunch or a day out with friends. The food was outstanding, especially the ramen, which had a rich, flavorful broth and tender noodles that were cooked to perfection. The butterfly squid is fantastic starters.
But what really made our day special was the exceptional service from Paul. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us choose dishes that matched our tastes. His recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Thanks to Paul and the delicious food, Globefish has become one of my top spots for Japanese cuisine. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

So incredibly sad to see that Muku is no longer here, this was one of my favourite ramen spots in the city, it used to have such a good vibe, intimate and dim, incredible ramen and the best fat content in yyc ramens.. GLOBEFISH, what have you done!? Unfortunately I won’t be returning here..

I really don't understand the bad reviews! We had 2 small ramens (which for us was still large!) Super tasty! We've spent a lot time in Japan and this was as close as we have found to Japanese quality! Staff are super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back! ありがとうございます

The staff are very friendly and they provide superb service. The Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen is rich and flavourful. Takoyaki was amazing as well. I highly recommend this place!

Used to come to this location when it was MUKU. Looks like ownership changed, and the menu is completely different. Honestly, the quality of the ramen was not worth the price, and I won't be returning. The Tokyo Tonkatsu was incredibly bland and tasteless, I didn't even want to finish the bowl. Toppings also ranged from mediocre to bad. I think I've had better broths from an instant ramen packet. Sad, because this used to be a good spot, and it seems like it's been ruined.

This ramen is very good, and we're glad we decided to try it. The quality of the food was impressive and met our expectations.
My only critique is the music choice. The awful pop country played throughout our visit was a bit of a buzzkill. While it might be expected during Calgary Stampede week, it felt out of place in this type of establishment. The music was the last thing I'd expect to hear in a ramen restaurant, somewhat detracting from the overall experience.
Despite the musical distraction, the ramen itself was enjoyable and worth the visit.
