I've been coming to this donair place for 20 years. It was always the best in Canada. Not just Calgary. There was concerns about the new owner maybe changing things, but he's the nephew of the previous owner and NOTHING has changed.
The donair meat is still seasoned and packed by hand, and If anything, he's made it even better with a few more bread options and more streamlined menu and ordering.
While the rest of the city's donair shops are resorting to ready made meat from the usual suppliers, these guys are still putting in the work 🔥 🔥 🔥

Fantastic chicken shwarma! Meat was hot and well flavoured, and veggies were fresh. Got the large size Sharma wrap and definitely going to try a bowl next time. Lovely staff preparing in a clean workspace.
A few months ago my partner and I stopped and got a donair for myself and he got a chicken shawarma from My Donair. He got extreme food poisoning from his. He missed work for a week and had to miss work. We know it was them because we ate all the same foods before that so it wasn’t that. I believe it was the tomatoes he had on his wrap because I didn’t have tomatoes and I was fine. I will never eat here again
