Great food in a noisy food court. Pho & Vermicelli Bowls were amazing.

Food in good temperature. Taste is not bad. As I sat nearby the shop, server called me to collect the food friendly with smile.

Awful food, protein is all fat. The rest of the meal was dry, and like warm. Terrible!

I had Satay chicken vermicelli today at the market mall food court. The vegetable (lettuce) was black and old / not fresh. My mom had the Pho. We both had diarrhea within 30 minutes after we had the food. Not sure if we just had bad luck today or what but very disappointing experience.

Closed at before 530 on a Saturday… mall hours are til 6. All the other food counters were open and serving.
Employees were gone by 545.

Not actually open during posted hours. visited both on Wednesday and Saturday. Every other resturant was open at the food court

So so so heartbroken that Nam has closed 💔
It made the work day good

Apparently the person making subs doesn't know the difference between chicken and beef. A customer came to the counter while I was waiting and asked what was up with the meat in her food and they told her it was chicken (it was beef). I ordered a chicken sub and I was given a beef sub. If you're out of chicken just say so. Don't gaslight people and tell them you gave them chicken when it is very clearly beef. Also the sub was gross!

Ordered the veggie vermicelli and it was not good at all, horrible peanut sauce and tofu was terrible. Lady at counter didn't seem happy to have a job. Definitely will not be back

Owners of Nam, get a grip of your employees. Says your open until 9pm, but you have stopped serving at 8pm, twice! No one at the front to greet customers either- foods great, service isn’t!

Paid $46 for a bowl of vermecilli noodles, spring rolled and a beef vermicelli. Food was so poor in quality I started to get sick to my stomach. Had to buy a hotdog and unfortunately couldn’t have any more of the food at NAM.

Orded rice bowl and got a vermicelli bowl during inquiry the guy was casually stating they don’t have rice the money refunded as cash they really need to know what there selling instead of giving alternative without customer is unaware it’s quite unprofessional but the guy apologized but please all customers be aware

Ordered specifically meatballs noodles, cashier hesitated n keyed in beef & meatball pho. When I brought to the table I realized it’s wrong but my folks already eaten; however only have 1 meatball n rest are beef! I went back to tell the guy who took my order, he seemed not understanding me n no apology! I left but this wasn’t the first time they made a mistake on my order as I only want meatballs. Why don’t you add meatballs pho on your menu then?!!! Very bad service that he probably knew as he was hesitated for my order n took a long time on the order menu! ?

Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Spring roll was good but pork tasted off. $15.25 is similar to what you would get at a seated restaurant with a lot more food.
