So disappointed today and to be more specific why let me tell you. Door dash driver came and asked the simple question to Brookle Lynn (employee) and she is the most disrespectful person I ever seen in a restaurant and what makes more upset is to see her manager supporting her instead of apologies to this guy. Buddy my family and I felt so bad for u. You did not deserve that, employees likes Brooklen Lynn shouldn't be working if they don't have the patience to deal with people.

We’re a family of four and come to this place once a month, the quality of food is great and it’s really tasty. If you come to this place be ready to wait for one hour or sometimes a couple of hours to get your food. I think the reason for the long wait time is due to so many online orders and the size of the kitchen. Last time I ended up ordering a burger for my son from nearby fast food restaurant until our food gets ready. The Coleslaw is the best side for your food, fries are generally cooked well and taste good but the mash potatoes aren’t that great. The men’s toilet is clean and good. I wish I could have sit down and order rather than sitting down and then go to the cashier to order. It’s not a bad idea to call and place your order at least one hour before you get there if you want to dine in.

If I can give zero I would absolutely give this restaurant a zero! Really bad service, the counter person will roll her eyes at you when you try to follow up with your order, mind you it was half an hour waiting so I guess it’s fair to ask at this point. The lady who dispatch food is as rude as the cashier, I ask if there is order coming up under my name and this lady just rudely told me that I can’t ask her and pointed at the cashier. Like who the hell can I talk to if no one wants to be asked?! This place is a mess… Will never ever come back here!
