Service was kinda disappointing but I don’t blame the staff as they are not servers. Food was okay. Portions were small, kinda like the chickens were malnourished or something. Mashed potato so flavourless I had to add hot sauce. You know how bad mashed potatoes have to be for someone to add hot sauce? Glad I tried it but won’t come back. You’re probably better off getting an entire rotisserie chicken at Costco for $7.99 and a bottle of peri-peri sauce for like $6 at Walmart, it’ll cost the same as a chicken leg and 1 side at Nando’s.

Ordered a takeout. Went home to find out that some of my order were not in the bag given to me. I'd be fine with it if I wasn't living in Okotoks. The chicken was good but a better service or communication between kitchen and front should improve to avoid such mistakes. Within the 30 mins we waited, everything should've been doubled check imo but overall, food was great.

Food is excellent but the attention of the staff is incredibly bad. Staff picking up the phone while taking the order, which I consider completely unrespectful. Menu is hard ro understand, especially if it is your first time, and you don't find any helpful advice from the staff regarding this matter. I won't come back with that awful attention.

Peri peri whole chicken tastes delicous with peri peri sauce! Owner appears to be changing and so does the menu. However, the reataurant staff helped to choose the items readily.
The delivery driver was stuck for 45+ minutes waiting for the food.Pour guy.

Both times service was awful. My son’s meal didn’t show up until the rest of us were finished eating and it was half cold, clearly sitting out waiting on the missing portion. Staff would have no idea of this as no one came to check on us and seemed to be actively avoiding us to the point we have to get up and get our own take out container so he could at least heat it at home. It’s unfortunate as the other two, now closed locations were much better.

The only thing about that experience was the food. We, a party of 2, chose to do dine-in. I’ve had the food to-go before but never for dine-in so this was the first time.We let them know it was our first time, their only instruction was that we have to pay and order at the cash register up front. We ordered at the front, the other person in my party ordered 1/4 breast w/ fries on the side and a strawberry lemonade. I ordered 1/4 leg w/ roasted brussel sprouts and an extra side of ranch from the section of the menu that says extras. The person at the cash register then asked if there was a drink I wanted with my order, I responded with no and they said “not even water” so I said “water is fine”. They handed me two glasses and two straws. No water and not the strawberry lemonade we ordered. Went back to the table confused, no option for utensils, didn’t know where the napkins were, didn’t know where to get my drinks. We scan the area and find a drink machine, no option for water or the strawberry lemonade. We go to the table wait 10 minutes and decide to go to the front, turns out we were supposed to get both initially and didn’t. In the end I still didn’t get my water.We waited over 30 minutes for our order, not even half the tables were full. Food came and I noticed that there was a sauce on my brussel sprouts that didn’t fit the description of the item and I didn’t receive the ranch I ordered. I asked for my ranch and was told that it was put onto my brussel sprouts. When I explained that I asked for it on the side and paid extra for it they didn’t care to fix their mistake although we did let them know we didn’t order it this way. I decided to eat it as is, I had already put in all the effort and nothing was resolved.The food was good until me and my other party member witnessed a server take, what I assumed was a half drunk strawberry lemonade, from a dirty table and pour it back into where the drink originally was dispensed from. What made it worse was that we had already drank over half of the strawberry lemonade we had ordered.The food is always great when we order it to-go it’s disappointing to know that I’ll more than likely never want to order from nandos again or at the least to dine-in. I wish we didn’t tip initially. Also the door going into the restaurant is very heavy and difficult to open.

Staff was useless and extremely rude. They did not clean tables so wait times to be seated were so long while there were several dirty empty tables. Food came out cold and soggy because it sat under the light for 20 minutes instead of being served to us. People who came in and ordered after us were served their food before we even got ours. I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve always had a great experience however, I will not come back again after this.

I asked for No spice 0 spice in my dish Nothing Spicy as it is an allergic concern.I had one of the Salads with chicken. The employee told me there is no spice. That was a lie. The chicken that the employee told me was not spicy was a level 7/10 spicy Nasty. I got really sick I had an allergic reaction and heart burn for hours I feel so SICK hours later feel like I'm not ok. EVERYTHING HERE IS SPICY ? ? ???? Not for me. Spices are deadly and you should not lie to people. ?? ? ? NOT A PLACE FOR PEOPLE WITH SPICE ALLERGIC REACTIONS WARNING.
