Honestly disappointed in my experience here.

Sure, they accommodated the mistakes they made but they kept making them!

We booked two lanes for 11 people to bowl for approximately one hour but they booked us for one… when I first called out their mistake, she disagreed and said no, she continued I wanted one but then she looked up our reservation. She then admitted they got the reservation wrong and we did book two lanes. So we watched as they had to go figure out what they can do because they only gave us one lane after not looking at our reservation … let’s continue.

Luckily they accommodated us and comp’d things for us But damn whatcha know, more mistakes…!?!

The staff eventually came over and said they could give us two lanes because someone cancelled. But damn by the time we knew that we started our game, so we stuck with one lane They gave us an extra 5 mins so we could finish our game.

Honestly Already in a bad mood, We went to pay our bills. But when I checked my phone, I felt like it was wrong. When I asked for my bill, I noticed that it was $17 for a glass of wine when the menu already said it was supposed to be $12.

Our reserved table that we had there, eventually got taken over by other patrons, even though that it said reserved. The server explained to us that the table is for us, so I’m not sure what happened but Throughout the night other patrons thought they could take the table from us even though my jackets we’re still there on the seats.

I wouldn’t have ordered a glass of wine if it was gonna be $17, maybe for a full bottle. I Inquired the server about the price difference. Unfortunately, they said that the menus were not changed with a new prices. The server did try to help us as much as he could, by giving comps but why does this keep happening tonight?

Came for the St. Pats event and felt so unwelcome by all staff. Security/bouncer rolling his eyes when I had a question about entry, server not coming to table when we sat there for at least 10 mins - we then go into the main dining room and all servers are standing around the bar talking to each other. After going downstairs to check if we could get service down there, then going back up, one server got mad at us for going down (when it was completely open and others down there), then finally notified another server to come serve us. After paying, two from my group got overcharged, then when we asked for an itemized receipt, she wouldn’t give us one. For how popular this bar is, the service is beyond disappointing and so unwelcoming. Been here a lot and it’s always been good, but I was let down this time. Staff needs to be taught mannerisms.

Currently sitting in the dining room, after 40 minutes of not talking to anyone, we are leaving without eating. And in case you were wondering, there were 3 servers and 4 tables. Ridiculous.

Best of the best

The bowling was a great place. Our group enjoyed the time, but we're the only people there. It was empty and a little depressing. The food was OK but not great. I just don't like that place and the atmosphere is cold and unfriendly.

Vegetarian options: Some nachos and salad.

Dietary restrictions: Don't eat food there. They don't know much about their own food.

Parking: After 6 it's free parking.

Went to the National before 10pm on a Tuesday night. We went in and it seemed closed. We couldn't find anyone to speak to. Nothing was posted on the door about it being closed. In fact, the hours suggested it would be open until much later. You could still reserve a table that night online.

How is anyone supposed to have known it was closed?

Texted the number that the website said to text and got this response. There was no reply to my second message.

Me and my partner, with some coworkers of his, went to their bowling alley downstairs. The attendant at the shoe desk said there was no reservation on our names, despite being done the day before. It took some time to figure out some solution: there was one alley free for one hour and we could get another lane after waiting for another hour. After that, one girl came trying to charge us for the second lane twice. First and bad experience there. 👎🏽

Ignore the happy hour menu, they shrink portion to match price. We’re enticed by free games and free 1 hr bowling, half the games were broken, bowling lanes full, nobody in restaurant.

So I’m outside of national on 10th Ave. and I’ve been dealing with Peter and Kevin. They’re both bouncers at the club. They’re both been super unreasonable and disrespectful to me. I haven’t had a very reasonable conversation with either of them. Everything that they said to me has been offensive and they’ve been super racist. The racism actually goes beyond what I could believe. I didn’t even know that you could be that racist when you were talking to someone, but Peter and Kevin are so disrespectful that everything that they said actually hurt my feelings. I would give them a one star out of five because that national you’re supposed to be able to be accepted with some sort of nationality or some sort of rationality, but Peter and Kevin specifically We’re so offensive. I would actually ask for their manager and they wouldn’t give me their knife. They wouldn’t give me they wouldn’t give me their their manager as well, and then they started pushing me because they were so offensive that I actually felt disrespected by both of them. At national both of Kevin and Peter are so irrational that I felt disrespected It’s OK I’m just giving you a bad review. That’s all you can push me back. Look at this review this review.

National 10 has a spectacular atmosphere, 10/10 🎶🍻✨ Perfect to have a good time. The sandwich I tried was delicious, with great flavor and good presentation. However, the service was quite slow, even though there was a lot of staff in the place. Still, the overall experience was positive. It is worth visiting! 🔥👌
