Anytime I’ve came to this location the food is always extremely dry, bland and overpriced. Service has never been great either and the place is filled with 18 year olds. Never again.

Service was not good , waited a long time for someone to take our drink order. The sandwiches were very soggy on the bottom, and the deep fried pickles were so chewing yet gritty.
I was going to tip 15% but the machine only gave 18% and above , or no tip , thought this was a pretty shitty practice.

*LADIES BEWARE* I was at Nationals this Friday, and while there I was getting physically harassed by a man on the dance floor. I went to the security guy and they escorted the guy out… only to find they let him back in 5 minutes later. After they let him back in a came after me again, so I just left. Honestly extremely unimpressed with this and makes the club seem like a joke.

Coat check made us wait an hour for the bar to close before they would give us our coats. The woman working coat check was threatening to kick us out even though I COULD SEE MY JACKET, had the physical ticket, a picture of the ticket, AND had paid 30 dollars for 3 jackets! I told her the items in my pockets, and had picture id in one of the pockets… she refused to look at the coat, completely ignored the coat I was pointing too (with a given description) and she lied and said there were absolutely no beige superpuffs… as I’m looking at it and pointing it out. We had to get the manager and another employee to convince her to give us the coats. Worst night out ever. I can’t believe the unprofessional attitude of the coat check. I’m baffled how one cannot see a beige coat in a sea of black ones… I’m really put off by this interaction if you can’t tell.

ok so the coat check, i get there's only so much you can do but the coats were right in front of us and she refused to give them to us or help us get them in any way even after she did not give me a ticket in the first place. mistakes happen but for me to have to get ur manager for you to do ur job is lowkey insane especially after she said she would kick us out when were specifically trying to be fast and cause no trouble. we also paid 30$ for coat check when it said 3$ per item and we didn't have ten coats, so if i'm paying that i expect some sort of service or help when a situations arises. i'm not usually a complainer but really disappointing way to end the night
Absolutely awful experience. I paid $130 for VIP New Year’s tickets for my partner and I specifically to skip the line, and that benefit did not exist at all. There was no line skipping whatsoever. VIP meant nothing.
The venue was extremely oversold and packed to the point where it was impossible to enjoy. It was uncomfortably hot, hard to breathe, and chaotic. There was over an hour wait just to get downstairs, which completely defeated the purpose of buying VIP.
At one point, my partner and I stepped right outside for less than 2 minutes to get some fresh air because it was so hot inside. When we tried to come back in, We were told no re-entry. This was something that was never mentioned or communicated beforehand, even though we were standing right outside the door.
We were at the venue for about an hour and a half total and ended up wasting my money. This felt disorganized, misleading, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place, especially for events like New Years.
