Native Tongues Taqueria - Victoria Park

Good food, and atmosphere was nice. We had just the tacos and the Flan dessert was unique and delicious.

Experience was great, except for one issue. I booked a table for 7 for my birthday, and when we arrived, they informed us we had to be out within 2 hours instead of the 3 hours that is agreed upon when booking online (reservation time is baswd on party size). Near the end of the 2 hours they began rushing my group from the table, which didn't feel very welcoming.

First timer at Native Tongue. I've heard nothing but great things about it - and I wasn't disappointed. Great food-great ambience-fun place! As I don't dine out a lot, prices always freak me out abit. The food cost is very reasonable however, the drinks are the expensive part. Delicious-but expensive. Will definitely go back there though.

Food was excellent. Didn't really know who our server was so it was a bit confusing. Definitely would recommend the Barbacoa taco. 

It's our favourite place to bring out of town guests! Pork belly taco is giving so yum queen.

All the tacos are good, they aren't LA tacos by any means but I would say they are the best in Calgary. The service is consistently good and the staff are friendly. The guac is heavier on the lime, which I love. I wish the portion of it was a bit more generous. I'd be happy to pay a bit more for a bit more guac! As I said, this place has the best tacos in the city.

Overall, it was a great experience. Service fast and great - professional and friendly-, food was delicious. Parking is a little difficult, as any downtown location is due to constructions. We definitely recommend this place.

Some tacos were better than others, but overall we both felt the food and drinks were just ok. Every taco was also overloaded with large slices of raw onions. We won't be returning. Prices were also really high, $17 for that portion of guacamole and chips from a bag is outrageous.

Only downside was the tables are very close or very uncomfortable high tops with terrible chairs. Food was great service as well

Super yummy food, just the portions are small for the price. Awesome margaritas, especially the pineapple, and flan dessert was outstanding! Service was excellent.

They took some popular items off the menu. The margs tasted like they came out of a bottle and the tacos were just ok. We've had better from here before and we're a little disappointed

Tacos and margarita's were fantastic, and birria fries were a hit. Ambiance was very stylish and clean. Wish the stools had a bit of cushion for a few of the older ones in our group!

We love this place but we're really sad to see that they changed the vegan option mushroom tacos. They were honestly incredible before and now it's just.. really not what you want at all lol. Otherwise everything's great as always

Guac was great and Taquito appetizer great as well. Salsas were the only weak link in the meal. All tacos and quesadillas and Corta's ordered were spectacular. Especially, the pork belly taco was amazing.

Birria fries were fantastic, services was good and the ambience is nice for a casual taco spot. Pricing wise really good value
