We came here for dinner before a show. I have mixed feelings about this establishment. Apparently it's owned by the same folks as Villa Firenze.
-Although an interesting layout, we found the seating a little too close for comfort to other diners. Definitely not for private conversation.
-Loved our server; she was super friendly and attentive.
-An interesting version of lasagna, that I was a bit skeptical about but it was incredibly flavorful and I really enjoyed it. My friend enjoyed her burger as well.
-We came back after our show to indulge in dessert. Around 10:00pm on a Friday night. The place was completely empty. The bartender served us at this point. My friend had the Italian donuts, which she said were really good and the plate looked enough to feed 3 people. I had the creme brulee; I didn't love it and couldn't finish. It was over-the-top sweet and had a bit if a gritty texture. I probably wouldn't order it again.
-Overall, I'd probably come back at some point, just purely for the lasagna, or perhaps I'd just head to Villa Firenze, as I don't think I've ever tried it before. 🙂

Ordered a chicken wrap on door dash with no bacon. Arrived with bacon, reported the error to door dash and received a 5.00 credit and now left with a sandwhich I can not eat. Part of the responsibility of the kitchen staff is to read the instructions on the order. Manager offered to make a new sandwhich, but wouldn’t be able to deliver.

We were at New Camp with friends, eating there on January 5, 2026. A delivery guy entered the restaurant, and there were no staff on the floor. He went near the kitchen trying to find someone. Then the manager/owner of the restaurant started being rude to him. It was disgusting. They should have proper training and learn how to be professional before opening a restaurant. Also, the food wasn’t good. We will never come back again.

I am so glad they added a foyer to the restaurant: the cold doesn't blow in each time people come and go. The only thing missing are some curtains to block out the retina searing sunlight in the evening. It's a pleasant upgrade from the old joint what used to be there.

Fish and chips was disappointing. Cod was obviously farm raised. Not wild caught. No flavour whatsoever. Came overcooked almost dark brown, not golden brown batter, which is the standard. Next the spaghetti bolognese. Mediocre at best. Very bland possata sauce. Likely frozen because it had watery texture. The other reviewers comments on bland tasting food are spot off on. Read them before you go.

Met a dear friend for a drink and a bite to eat. I really like the new look of this pub. Classy yet earthy. Carleen took great care of us and was attentive and friendly. We had the burger with the house salad and both were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Ordered their dragon bowl after getting confirmation it had EGG noodles, not vermicelli or other noodles- but egg noodles! When the dish came out with thick SOBA noodles, I sent it back. Noticed the staff chatting about it, a few rolled eyes, I very nicely explained why I sent it back and she politely said their cook and manager refer to them as egg noodles- but they are not egg noodles! I would think the chef and manager would know the difference between a
Soba, Udon and egg noodles which are typically used in a dragon hunan dish 🤷‍♀️
We also got the extremely overpriced trio dip platter-flat bread was hard and burnt on one side, and it came with 3 of the most inexpensive dips money can buy— great way to make $$
Steak bites were good, then came the mushroom burger- - ABSOLUTELY, worse burger we have ever had!!!🤦‍♀️
The atmosphere was nice and gave a classy cozy pub feel! Very surprised by what they served for food (dry, stale, burnt, bla) and the egg noodle situation…

New Camp never disappoints! We’ve dined in several times and also ordered takeout, the food is always excellent. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. I especially love the beet salad with a side of steak, it’s always perfectly done! The flatbreads are awesome, and the mushroom toasts are a must-try. Highly recommend!

We came here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was so attentive and very knowledgable. The food was good and the service was excellent. If you want somewhere for a mid week supper, this is the place.

Menu has many unique preparations of the usual brunch menu. BaconJammy was great, with salad and potatoes and not swimming in hollandaise. My friend had the French toast made from banana bread which we will try making at home. Dinner also looked good so will definitely go back.
