Unfortunately, after eating New York fries I always feel a little sluggish, but that’s fast food. That’s OK that’s a story but today I got a butter chicken poutine and I have been nothing but sick I had to leave work early because I was constantly throwing up. I have nothing against the employees, but I believe that this place isn’t clean properly

This place is really nice!! I went here during peak lunch hours, and I was so surprised because the line went by so fast despite there being such a big line. When I got to the cashier, he was really nice and even though he was hurrying, he didn’t really rush me and took the time to do greetings and all of that. The food came really fast too, which made me skeptical but it was hot and fresh! Would totally recommend!!

Visited this location yesterday, grumpy cashier didn’t say hi didn’t say thank you. The only time she opened her mouth was when I gave her a coupon for soft drink “what size”. When I sat down I realized that wasn’t a fork for my poutine. I Went back to ask for one. She just pointed her finger at the other staff. After I did, I can’t hold my patience anymore the forks is just her hand can reach. She can’t even past it to me? I said to her, is it too much to ask, too much work for her?
The other girl is nice , with smile on her face all the time.
Fries are not crispy on this location and CrossIron Mill. Quality is not worth to visit anymore. SAD

Tried NYFries for the 1st time .Fries were hot but nothing special, lots a refried ends and edges. I wasn’t offed any toppings, just ketchup and had to specifically ask for California Spice. My fully loaded Hot Chilli Dog was only melted cheese with onions and some chilli flavoured liquid, no chilli meat, wiener and as bland and lukewarm. Service was abrupt and impersonal. Back to A and W.

It's been a long time since I've had NY Fries but was in the mood for comfort food (and good fries).I ordered a Flamin' Bacon premium hotdog which had chipotle aioli, peppers, bacon and a regular fries.The food was ready quickly and service was good. Biting into the hotdog, it wasn't hot (warm but barely) but had a decent amount of toppings. I didn't find it spicy but it was still good. I would have preferred a warm bun as well.The fries were as good as I remembered. I asked if they still had California seasoning (what I remember loving as a kid), and was given a packet to season with (could also choose Cajun flavoring).The soda came in an interesting looking cup/box combo that eliminates the need of a plastic lid which I would love to see as a norm elsewhere.

Last couple times I got a classic poutine the fries were clearly not cooked. They were still cold. Watched the employee take some fries out of the deep fryer basket to put in my container and then put the fry basket back in the deep fryer to finish cooking. I would rather wait a few minutes to get properly cooked fries that I am paying for. There wasn't anyone behind me so I don't know what the hurry was.

ATTENTION, IMPORTANT INFORMATION!I see that this situation that happened to me today is not the first time with a food deliveryman. I was also asked to make a confirmation of receipt of the order before giving it to me. After that the employee was unresponsive to me and gave me a negative rating in the food delivery app. I see you're bored there, aren't you? Well. Decided to go that way - ok. Personally, I will be CANCELLING orders for this place. And I recommend that other caterers do the same. And the owner of this place should think about the way his employees treat the people who bring profit to the place.

By far the best Fries in town! Fresh and Savoury! Appreciate the staff who were apologetic because they run out of ice tea. Which was okay! Great customer service. Kind and respectful! Would recommend! Also, would like to mention Nida for such a wonderful employee in this branch! Went above and beyond for the customer. Great Service!
