New York Pizzeria - Legacy

Ordered delivery. Nothing is New York about this pizza. Sauce is sweet and tastes like it's from a jar. All the topping were not fresh at all. Dehydrated mushrooms, rubbery pepperoni and bacon bits from a shaker. Was really looking forward to pizza and after 2 slices, I feel sick. Buying frozen would have been better. Would not order again

I basically got scammed by this place.
I ordered and payed from them online, went to go pick it up and they were closed, even tho they accepted my payment and it showed they were open online. I've called twice and visited once since and I'm still yet to get a refund or the pizza that I ordered in the first place.
I was originally told I would get a refund in 3-5 days but it has been 10 now and I'm tired of them not doing ANYTHING to try and make it right. They show zero care or empathy about wanting to do anything for you.
Ive ordered from them in the past and did enjoy the pizza, so it's disappointing to have this happen.

Placed an order online and went to pick up the pizza and they were closed even though online showed being open and they took my payment of $96. When I tried calling there is no answer. Very disappointed in my experience. Hopefully the manager gets back to me whenever they are back.

We have previously loved ordering from here which made it extra disappointing to not have a good experience. The pizza we ordered had very little toppings on it and was missing the sauce on top. When we ordered online, there was no spot to make a note requesting no onions. On the final page, there was an instruction spot so we requested no onions there. Despite this, we still received almost a full onion on our pizza.

Update: in touch with the manager after our first experience, she was accountable and rectified it, we gave it another go. Wings were just the way we like them, crispy, saucy and full size. The veg pizza was good. The men enjoyed the donair za. We picked up in Okotoks, it arrived warm which is good. See photos for comparison. Thanks for making it right!

Product, pizza and wings came super cold, the wings were not bits of pieces and the pizza cheese & toppings did not touch the crust. Open up the shot for a better visual.

Every time I call to order delivery, there's never a delivery driver available, and I am told to order through the app. What kind of pizza place doesn't let you call in and place an order. I'm just going to stop ordering from here and switch to a different pizza place that will actually deliver a pizza when I call to place an order. Ridiculous.

Loved the quick turnaround time for making pizza but they aren’t worth it. There was a lack of sauce and also the cheese was too burnt (dry instead of being just the right texture and temp). Won’t be going back there unfortunately. I find it’s expensive for what it truly is.

Had pre-ordered the pizza a day in advance for my kid's birthday party for a specific time! No one called me for the delay, upon inquiring, they use skip driver for pre-orders from their website who was running late, and they couldn't do anything. Pizzas were done on time and delivered cold, no apology or call from the manager/owner. Even after pre-ordering they are using skip driver and the food delivered 45-50 minutes late and cold. Kids and adults had to stay hungry and eat cold food, a bad experience!

Ordered this tonight and usually we have nothing left when we have pizza with a teenager in the house. So disappointing…hardly any sauce, toppings taste gross and dough was undercooked. When I called to let them know they said they could not refund me. Hmmm so what you are actually saying is you won’t refund me. It would have been so much better for your business to refund me the $42 than the poor review.

Its fantastic spot for pizza lovers! The dough is light and airy, while the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I tried their BBQ Squad pizza, and it was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to hang out with friends. Highly recommend!

It is a must-visit for pizza lovers. The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, and the fresh toppings elevate every bite. The quality was outstanding. Service is friendly and efficient, with reasonable prices for the quality. A great spot for a casual meal! Highly recommended.
