Classic neighborhood pub. Good specials, great atmosphere and staff and excellent food.
The only thing I'd change is that the music could be turned down a touch (I'm just getting old I suppose)

I can’t say enough good things about Newcastle Pub and its incredible staff. After being involved in a car accident right outside, the General Manager Jason immediately came out to check on me and offered a warm place to stay while I sorted out insurance and waited for the tow truck. The entire staff was so accommodating and kind, making sure I was comfortable and taken care of during a really stressful situation. Their kindness and generosity went above and beyond—truly a testament to the amazing people who work here. I’ll definitely be back, under much better circumstances! Highly recommend this place, not just for the great service, but for the genuinely good people behind it.

Came here on Superbowl Sunday with a friend.
The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great as well. I had the fish and chips and my friend had the tuna bowl.
I even won a prize from the draw they had that day. I was surprised because I never win anything. 😎
Parking: Huge parklot behind the pub.

The pub is very beautiful, and the atmosphere is nice. However, unfortunately, the staff providing the service demonstrated uncultured behavior.
We had an incident with a waitress who, after we expressed dissatisfaction with her service and reported it to the management, approached our table and threw the bill in our faces, adding an unpleasant remark.
I asked the head waitress to pass my contact information to upper management. They did get in touch with me and apologized, but that was it. No compensation for the moral damage, no discount, or any gesture of goodwill was offered.
I believe that a place that respects itself and its customers should show more care for its guests and offer ways to make up for such situations. In this case, no such effort was made, and we, being absolutely not at fault, were left with an extremely unpleasant experience.

Had the unfortunate experience of meeting the server Chelsea lastnight. Not only was she rude, unattentive and obviously pre occupied doing not a whole lot of nothing. She was confrontational and argumentative when told that the service was not good she became aggressive. Another server made us aware that she was having "a bad night". Fully understandable but there is a saying that you leave the problems at the door. When you take out that customers that's leave a very bad taste. We will not return
