The food is basic pub fare but always done so well. I’ve never had a bad/ disappointing meal there. The service is always good, with friendly staff even when it’s busy. It’s comfy and consistent, probably my favorite pub in the area.

Been going here for a few years, as it’s in the area, and have never had a bad experience. Tonight was no exception; the food was great, the servers were wonderful and pleasant as always, and atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. I had a delightful lunch today after a round of golf at Saganappi Golf Course with some of my Canadian friends. However, something happened during lunch that left me feeling quite unsettled. Instead of ordering ice water, I asked for water with lemon. After finishing my first glass, I kindly asked the server if I could have two slices of lemon. To my surprise, she brought just one slice, placed directly on a napkin. At that moment, we were looking at each other as if to say, “What just happened?” — all through our eyes. Still, I didn’t make a big deal out of it and quietly placed the lemon in my cup. But as we continued our meal, I couldn’t shake off the uncomfortable feeling. It was a small gesture, yet it made me wonder: if one of my Canadian friends had asked for lemon, would it also have been served that way — on a napkin? The server was a young woman, around the same age as my daughter, which made it feel even more personal and disheartening.
After lunch, I tried to find someone at the front desk but couldn’t, so I spoke to another staff member. I felt the need to express that placing a lemon slice on a napkin didn’t feel appropriate or respectful — it felt like something meant for the trash. I share this not to complain, but in the hope that no one else has a similar experience. I truly believe in the importance of service being delivered with dignity and consistency, according to proper standards. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a tip, but I still did my best to show respect and grace.

A great neighborhood pub. We came when it was pouring rain and the free parking lot is at the back, making for a really long walk around the entire building to get to the front door. Oh well. Such is life.
Inside is warm and welcoming. It has a good vibe to it.
The server was very attentive. She knew her stuff.
The Moscow Mules were on special and they were truly amazing 👏 🤩 I love that they serve them in copper mugs.
Their coffee ☕️ is actually quite good so when you have had a couple of drinks and need to take some time to sober up and be completely awake this place has very strong coffee.
The Tuna Tatar is pretty good too.

We’ve been coming here for years, used to be quite good. Food was sub-par and the service was garbage. We had to flag our server down to order each round, our appetizer, our meal, our billI, napkins, utensils , you get the idea. The only time she paid attention to us was when she came to take the payment. It’s unfortunate as it’s our neighborhood pub, we won’t be back.

Best burgers, great Mac and cheese and hearty Shepherds Pie! A little pricey but worth it and the place always looks good. Service is so-so as there always seems to be too few servers for too many patrons.
